Hampton Inn & Suites - Pittsburgh/Harmarville, PA

I was a little reluctant to book this room but I'm glad I did. For our little downtown Pittsburgh sightseeing tour we did this was the perfect location. 20 mins outside the city was perfect on and off the highways. Lots of dining options around the hotel. There were firepits outside that were nice with seating and a grill. The room was spacious and comfortable. The lady at the front desk Cristy was such a sweet and welcoming lady. There apparently there were 3 weddings going on in the area and the hotel was packed but it was barely noticeable. Unfortunately I wasn't able to try the breakfast due to some stomach issues and because of such things we asked if we could check out a little later and they were more then accommodating. If I need to stay in the area I will not hesitate to stay here again. One of the better experiences with chain hotels I've had in a while

The only complaint I have for this place was the noise in the morning however it didn't last long so it was tolerable. I bet if I was in bed I wouldn't have heard much of that noise either and we were on the 1st floor next to the pool.

It's a great location in terms of proximity to my company's Pittsburgh office. The staff was very pleasant and the room was super clean. Also, the cooling system kept the temperature very consistent throughout the night and it was very quiet.

Gluten-free breakfast options are few. A GF pastry/muffin option would be nice or at least available for the asking. As a side note, the approach to the hotel from the west via the adjoining parking lot is sketchy. The lack of painted lines makes it confusing and the lot is in poor condition with patches of overgrowth. Totally unfitting with Hampton Inn's well kept grounds.

Staff was nice (very accommodating) and breakfast was awesome.

Room was clean, but very obvious someone smoked in there. We notified front desk, but we were unable to switch rooms, so I bought air freshener for it. Beds were horribly uncomfortable. And $50 pet fee when surrounding hotels were only $15?!

The room was clean and very spacious. The staff was overworked, but extremely friendly and doing a great job!! I can’t praise them enough.

We booked this hotel, which was a little further from our dance comp at the Monroeville Convention Center, because of the pool. My kids weren’t able to use the pool because of swim classes taking place. That should have been known to me before we paid to stay there.

The front desk staff was amazing! Especially Amy. Loved sitting outside and relaxing. Played on putting green. Grandkids loved it there. Good bfast!

The coffee pots in the evening were cold. Hot water was hot. Bfast juice was not real juice. Small things but we loved it overall.

Room was great…. Staff friendly & helpful. The price of the room tripled because of Taylor Swift being in town.

Room was very clean, bathroom clean but bright white shower which highlighted a tiny bit of black in bottom corners of shower. Looked like could be mold? No vent in bathroom

Always clean and always friendly professional staff! I stay here when I'm in Pittsburgh visiting family.

I only marked value for price as good, because of the economy. Inflation in the past two years or so has caused the price to increase from ~$200/night to ~$300/night for a queen room.

Nice, large, quiet room with a decently comfy bed. Awesome shower with great water pressure! Great location with a Sheetz and Starbucks and a few other restaurants right there.

As soon as I woke up I could smell that someone was either smoking or vaping marijuanna in a nearby room.

I woke too late for breakfast. I enjoy staying at your place when I come to town for Steeler games. I am already booked ahead for a couple more games to stay at your place. There was only one game I found cheaper and your pricing was way too high for me. Even with my discounts. I highly recommend staying at your place.

Not being able to take advantage of all the amenities you offer. I never seem to have enough time.

the breakfast was good. There's a wide variety of options. They even have a waffle maker. There's a patio with ample tables and chairs/muskoka chairs, a BBQ grill and 2 big electric firepits which i thought was a nice touch.

My only suggestion is to frequently replenish the coffee. I had to wait more than 10 mins to get a second cup
