Extended Stay America Suites - Pittsburgh - Monroeville

My room was located where it was quite and the room was comfortable. My only small problem was the carpet was not as clean as I would expect but it was ok and not a disturbing issue. The breakfast coffee and snacks were very good. The room cleaning service employees were very friendly and professional. The staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. they wer professional and did whatever they could to take care of any issues I may have had.

Everything was as I expected it to be based on other hotels, I have stay in. I find the Extended Stay Americas one of the better hotels to stay in. Due to a move from Georgia to Monroeville, PA I am having to stay for a little longer than a few days, the staff has made my stay very comfortable and pleasant.

The coffee was delicious. The bed was quite comfortable. Finally a hotel room where the AC doesn’t keep us awake at night! The front desk person was a pleasure to meet and very accommodating. Thanks.

Our first offered room smelled of cigarettes so we were able to move to a better room for us. I stepped in dog poop in the parking lot but that isn’t the fault of your hotel.

Breakfast look good. The TV was nice we enjoyed a show or two. We went to a birthday party in Pa from N.C. ,and we tell everyone where we are staying and my friends are staying at other Extended Stay Ameria Suites 😇😇. Iam glad we stay there & we like the low price...good for the budget. Thank you Ms.J😇😇

The room was nice and comfortable. I liked the option of being able to make meals in room because it helped save money. It was quiet in the building. Staff was friendly.

The building is old; the elevator, hallway carpet and dollies showed the age. The large burner on the stove did not work. We were halfway home when my daughter realized she left something and the hotel would not mail it so we had to drive back to get it (I would have paid the cost to mail it).

For us it was hard to find hotel sits behind some other businesses. Sign is too far off road we passed it. Coffee& goodies were good but possibly adding a waffle maker or toaster with the breakfast!

Staff did not allowed me to use a restroom upon arrival. Had to wait to check in and go up to my room. No coffeepot in room, or any way to make tea or coffee. (I don’t travel with my kitchen appliances) The coffee in the lobby was cold with no creamer and was empty after 845.

Grab and go breakfast wasn't that great as variety goes. There were protein bars and muffins but nothing my children would eat.

Floors need better insulation for sound. We thought there was a kangaroo on floor above us. Noisy until 1 am

The staff was really informative ,an with short notice,having a pet it was very convenient.

not having ice machines , although there are ice trays in the fridge,it took hours to freeze

Someone was trying to get onto my room every night. I kept things locked but they kept doing it.
