Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown

I liked the service, clean room, and the secure feeling as I slept. The staff was excellent. The bed was comfortable enough to sleep in.

I DID NOT like paying for parking ( self parking $30 per night) if I'm parking my own car, it should be free.An incidental fee of $100, no microwave, only 1 wash rag, and the complimentary body soap smell favored a masculine man. All the fees you collect after stating the low price of the room. The room would have been less expensive had I gone through the TEAM rate. Make it more attractive by lowering the fees or the room.

Overall, it’s a great hotel and I would consider staying again if not every room is as transparent to the room next to it.

I could literally hear the couple talking at a normal volume, in the next room, as if they were in the same room as I. They heard us talking. We could hear each other so clearly that we carried a full conversation through the wall with the neighboring guests without having to be near the wall. Absolutely no privacy.

I liked that the staff went out of their way to give me a room high enough so I could see Logan Square (there is construction across the street). The view is my main reason for staying at the Sheraton. Breakfast was very good, I also had a turkey dinner at the bar- and all the service personnel were very nice.

It's not only the Sheraton - why are all hotel pillows now so thick and heavy - no possibility to sink into them and they weigh a ton when you move them. Because of the pandemic my room was made up only once in 4 days.

lounge area for Marriott Bonvoy lacked good food choices and drinks. Ongoing coffee and water would be ideal. maybe have this area more secured? code it off and make it more difficult for those who are not truly members to go in ? Please offer better, continuous food choices.

Truly a lovely stay with a very comfortable bed. Delilah checked me in and was absolutely delightful. Later that evening I needed another room key (you need your key to access your floor on the elevator) & once again I had Delilah. Extremely professional yet warm, personable & attentive. The gentlemen at the valet service were exceptional as well (checking in & checking out). Overall, great location in downtown Philadelphia with a clean bedroom/bathroom. Thank you!

It just so happened to be very busy (Saturday night + wedding party) & the check in line was a little long/valet a bit crowded. However, both moved quickly so it was not a terrible inconvenience.

I love Philadelphia period. This wasn't my first time visiting and staying at your hotel. I am always treated exceptionally. I requested to have a high room that had a view and I was accommodated. I would recommend my friends and family to stay at the location. Staff was great. Hotel was clean. Breakfast wasn't expensive and was amazing. I can't wait to come back.

I didn't like that I couldn't stay longer. I didn't like that I don't come often. I didn't like that the Chase Bank a few blocks over wasn't working. The hotel itself was great!

Clean room. Great location. Not too crowded.

Register in room knocked and was loud through the night. The faucet leaks all over the counter in bathroom. No option for face wash.

When I arrived to the room, the bathroom wasn’t very clean there was hair in the tub I had to wash it before I took a warm bath. As I came out the bathroom the room was cold so I went to turn on the heat and the heat didn’t work. Another thing I didn’t like is they don’t have A refrigerator or microwave in the room. They definitely need to update and at least put one in the rooms. I also had to go to the 15 floor just for ice. They didn’t have no vending machine just one ice machine. Had to go all the way downstairs to the bar to get juice or soda.

The front desk staff were accomodating especially Nasir. At the to go cafe Stella was super helpful. For the most part visit was pleasant and I felt very secure and safe.

Bathroom toilet too low and no handrail to hold on too as am handicapped but at least bathtub had rail. No robes provided as listed on Bonvoy app and had to request a refrigerator several times. Wish place had a pool.

It was a nice location with plenty of paid parking. The hotel is beautiful and family friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was big. There was plenty of seating available in the room.

The AC in our room was really loud!
