Beautiful room with modern touches! Quiet and comfortable stay with a partial city view. We had a great corner room with lots of privacy. I loved the amenities, including a bar in the lobby and the location to everything!
There is a hotel entrance attached to the mall from the parking deck. At the end of the night and early morning there was a trail of dead "bugs" here. Told front desk staff but, it was not cleaned.

Clean modern design. Breakfast and serving staff was excellent. Located in an area with lots of restaurants.
Waterproof mattress cover was noisy and detracted from the otherwise very pleasant room. Check in staff not the most helpful. Also we wanted to make change in order to leave a tip for the cleaning staff but front desk would not (could not?) do that.

It’s a nice hotel in a fun location. The building has historic details but is enclosed by the One Liberty building in the same block. Nice combination of old and new.
Was notified long after booking but AFTER it was too late to cancel that 1. this fine level hotel offers NO maid service at all for 4days. Won’t even take the trash out, change towels etc. and 2. the breakfast that was clearly available to others was not available to us as listed by booking. com. Other guests were given tickets for breakfast. no, wouldn’t sell it to us for $15 pp/ per night as listed by booking.com. I even showed them the listing. They wanted us to order from a menu that would run about $35 pp each day for breakfast. In the end it’s a real shame. An otherwise great stay left us feeling treated like second rate in these areas.

Very stylish and comfortable hotel with well-equipped rooms in a great location. Parking onsite. Delightful waitress staff and very good breakfast
Breakfast was very slow to arrive once ordered. Check-in staff were not as professional, efficient or engaged as expected in a quality hotel.

This hotel was nice. Rachel at the front desk was super kind, she gave us tips since it was our first time in Philly and handed out complementary breakfast cards for our stay. Room is huge and the bed was so comfy. Breakfast was amazing!
A lot of things in the room look dated, carpet, bathroom appliances, bathtub was peeling off, decor was a little weird.

The location, comfortableness, and layout of the hotel itself.
I wasn't to fond of the entrance. The sink was stopped up or clogged and few charging ports didn't work along with a few loose plugs. Not better able to get a hold of someone. Room a bit out of date, although very comfortable.

location was excellent right near Christmas market, city Hall, and it has an entrance directly into the adjoining mall for shopping.
only one parking valet was on duty when we arrived and he was super busy so want able to give proper attention to us.

friendly, helpful staff. service & room consistent with expectations from the brand
it’s a Bonvoy issue. I understand cost-saving and eco-friendly but they swayed too far away from ‘hospitality’ The brown bag room service REALLY has to go. It’s tasteless and not in sync with the value proposition or price point

Barbara at the Front Desk was exceptional when we checked in and made us feel very welcome! All staff members we encountered throughout our stay were friendly, courteous and accommodating.
The cleanliness of the room was not up to the standard to which Westin properties are usually held. It wasn't filthy, but there was spilled coffee or soda under the glass on the nightstand, one lamp was broken, and there seemed to be a fairly thick layer of dust on almost every surface.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Westin. The room was large, comfortable and quiet and the hotel is really centrally located. I used the gym which was well equipped and decent for a hotel gym.
