The entrance was locked and the revolving door was blocked so I couldn’t enter the hotel. I didn’t realize that was the only entrance so I walked around the block. I was able to enter by following a guest who was using their room key to enter. it would’ve been nice to know beforehand the proper entry procedure

Residence Inn had great proximity to where the Conference was located that I attended. Restaurants were nearby. I needed some emergency clothes and Macy's was only a block away. It was also within walking distance to Jefferson Station to take the train to the airport. CvS store was also only 3-4 blocks away. The staff members were quite helpful.

My only complaint was that I didn't get the pre-arranged Wake-up call. Needless to say, I had to get to the airport very quickly.

Location is great but not the best if you are using a car. If you are Parking make a reservation in advance with Love Parking and you will be fine. Breakfast is always nice in the Residence Inn Properties.

Not the best room among the various Residence Inn I've been. I wish the Valet Parking Staff directed me to a reasonable parking (like the Love Parking) instead of sending me to a parking as expensive as parking with them. Also the valet parking person send me to Park TWO BLOCKS away and come back with my luggage walking, he didn't even bother to move the cones so I could check in. My wife had to get off the car and move the cone. The Sofa bed is useless, as always.

We were two business travelers arriving at 9 a.m. on a Thursday expecting to leave our bags till a room was ready. Instead, one of the friendliest front desks I've ever encountered checked us into our rooms. That was a real bonus.

Valet service was uneven at a very busy location. Had a 40 minute wait Thursday afternoon, but real quick /Friday morning. And shower and bathtub was below average, difficult to use and didn't drain well.

The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast buffet was outstanding! The staff attending to the buffet were so friendly and the food was fresh and tasty. Marriott Residnece just elevated the hospitality game.

I prepared myself for the extra cost for amenities—valet parking, but it was worth it. Everything was centrally located, I didn’t need my car. My one challenge is the rooms don’t have two beds or rollaway beds. I need to understand.

the night time valet did not give me the ticket and they had to call us and wake us up to come to our room to give us the ticket to get the car. And there was no bedside table on both sides of the bed so I wasn't able to read or put my phone or book or glasses down to sleep as there was no place to put them. not good

Great location in the centre of the city. Beautiful views from our room and our bed was really comfortable. Staff are excellent - very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast - would definitely recommend. Thank you - John & Fiona.

Comfortable room, great shower, great location

As others have said, the hotel could do with an update, considering the price but staff were great and room comfortable. More fresh items at breakfast, eg fresh bread, pastries, veggies, would be great too but there was juice and fruit and yoghurt and scrambled eggs, so fine overall!

I liked and enjoyed the daily breakfast which had a variety of food choices, drinks, and hot drinks. The location of the hotel is near historical sites, malls, restaurants, train stations, and shopping stores. The front desk provided water bottles throughout the day.

The front desk person gave the wrong information regarding my stay when I inquired.
