We traveled to Pittsburgh for a Taylor Swift concert with my 2 young daughters. The hotel put on a pre concert party with decorations, candy bar, Rita’s Ice, music and Photo Booth backdrop. The bar also had Taylor themed drinks. Our girls had so much fun and it was such a great experience for all of us to kick off our concert day with a party!!

We were in a Queen Suite and had 5 people sleeping in there. The bathroom was extremely small and the sink was just a stand alone sink, no vanity or places to put our cosmetics or hair products.

We were surprised with the size of the room because it was a suite. It was beautiful. The location of the hotel was an easy walk to PPG Paint arena where we were seeing an event. It made it very easy to get back and forth. The valet service was wonderful and everyone was very polite and accomodating.

Once we were in our room we noticed that the room was not as clean as it should be considering how much we paid for a one night stay. There was dust and hair in the air vents and mold in the tray in the refrigerator. When we told the front desk they assured us they would have it taken care of while we were out but it was not. The front desk compted our valet fees because it was not taken care of which was very nice though.

I accidentally mixed up the dates and we stayed in the car our first night due to that. We went in at noon the day of our check in, and I cannot remember the gentleman’s name that assisted us but he could tell we were upset and just ready to shower and get ready for the concert we were going to. He was able to get us checked in early and even upgraded our room!!

After waking up in the morning I noticed there wasn’t a fitted sheet on the bed, but didn’t affect how we slept!

The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly. They had a Taylor swift pre-game party and that was a great touch since that’s what we were in town for. The train being so close was an incredible surprise when we arrived as we had planned to walk to heinz field originally.

The parking lot was full so we had to park further away. In an unknown city, this was unsettling. While the parking was compensated, it was still inconvenient to have to walk a bit to my car.

The guy at the front desk was awesome. Super helpful. The valet dudes were cool too. The staff let a bunch of kids chill at the pool a little past closing time. Overall this is in my top 3 hotels in Pittsburgh, but yah got fix the elevators guys.

People were constantly waiting for the elevators. 2 out of 3 were down.

I liked the view of my room. We were very close to the PPG Arena for the concert we were attending (7 minutes away) and it was walking distance.

The only thing I did not like was the bathroom tub faucet was very lose and the plug for the shower was very hard to pull up in order to take a shower. I also found that the towel rack inside of the bath/shower didn't seem like a logic idea.

Great place to stay if you want to have a nice walk to the convention center. My girlfriend and I were here to stay with a group of friends and we enjoyed the quality and comfort! When it thunderstormed, we had a great view of the city and as ightning struck, it made it worth our time as well!

Like the idea that it sits right across from the subway ..easy access and it also sits downtown pittsburgh where all the stores and restaurants were

Didn't like that fact that breakfast was not complimentary

Booking.com advertised free breakfast. It was not. It added $47.00 to our cost. We are not happy.

Booking.com advertised free on site parking. It was not free. It added $35. to our cost. We would have been more informed and saved a lot of money if we had simply called the hotel, which we will do from now on.

Great location downtown. Affordable. Clean. Accommodating.

I was told to park off site. I then waled my luggage 3 city blocks back to the hotel. When I checked out I went to leave the offsite parking. I was never given the hotel parking validation sticker. So luckily a city employee understood and let me out.
