The breakfast might be a small area but it changes everyday and has multiple selections for everyone. For example if you want a healthier breakfast there was option for to get healthy foods. I enjoy it so much and it is a lot of food they have being served that you can go back multiple times to get more. The room was extremely spacious and great. It was ery comfortable and nice to be in a big room.

My TV has this weird hue blue violet color that the images and colors where just a violet indigo color to it and felt off so I di not bother watching that much things on my TV. The snacks they have for sale was pricey.

We stayed here when we went to a Pirates baseball game. The location was AMAZING! It was literally 350ft from the stadium. The offer hotel parking and there is a parking garage there too. There was an indoor pool which was great for my little one. However it’s tiny so just don’t have high hopes. It’s great for the little kids but older kids will be disappointed.. the rooms were good sized - everything was clean and the beds weren’t the most uncomfortable beds so that was a win — only thing was the shower bottom had broke and it wasn’t repaired very well.. they did have a free breakfast however we left super early so I’m not sure what it consisted of— the front desk staff were great

Thumbs up for complimentary breakfast and they have a very large variety of food options. Only wish would be that they extend the time breakfast is available, just a little bit, during weekdays (breakfast ends at 9:30a)

First time at this hotel. Only minor issue was that it was difficult to determine where to park in order to check in. Did not know you could get in to their designated parking lot via using the intercom near the parking entrance prior to checking in. (Staff in hotel can remotely lift the ‘arm’ that allows entrance to the spaces as there was no in- person attendant available to ask about access.) A sign informing you of this would be helpful as it is not immediately evident. Finally figured it out by calling the hotel.

Perfect location to all Pgh museums and sporting venues. The room was spacious and immaculately maintained. The bed was super comfy and the shower was one of the best of any accommodation I’ve experienced. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety and was hot and fresh. My husband wanted to take the pancake maker home 😆he wished he had invented it😋. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the Burgh!

No outside patio but this wasn’t a big problem as the lobby was very comfortable to hang out in to rest between activities.

Staff was amazing and helpful. Rooms were great. Room service was great as well. Hotel was within walking distance of lots of things. Close to the city center was a plus.

My room was right next to the highway and railroad tracks, and I could hear traffic noise the whole visit. I could deal with it somewhat, but it would've been nice to have real quiet. I'm sure other rooms toward the south-eastern part of the building are fine.

Room was nice, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, location best for ballgame. Location was excellent - didn't need our vehicle at all on the one day as we walked everywhere that we wanted to go (restaurants, football stadium tour, baseball game).

Small fridge in room didn't have a freezer section. Would have been nice for our freezer packs to keep our water bottles cold while we were out and about. Pool area was on the small side and had no hot tub.

The location is perfect for a Pirates game and even for a Steelers game. Parking was easy, but it's not described well in the amenities. Rooms were updated, and the breakfast was good!

Our bathroom door was locked when we got there, and it took them 20+ minutes and two requests to get it unlocked. Also, the shower would not work the morning we were leaving so we skipped it since we were traveling.

Location! Room with two beds and a sleeper sofa.

Drains in sink and tub did not work properly. Check in staff were very nice but accidentally double charged me and charged me parking, even though I already paid online and parking was included on Booking.com. I figured it out and the desk staff the next day was very helpful resolving the issue. If I hadn’t noticed I’m not sure it would have been fixed.

The Breakfast was excellent. The staff was excellent for check in and any question that I needed to ask.

I am from a small quite town, My room was a nice large room and very clean. It had a great bed and was very comfortable. BUT I WOULD NOT STAY IN THAT ROOM AGAIN IF IT WERE FREE. JUST OUTSIDE MY WINDOW WAS A BRIDGE FOR EXPRESS WAY. THE AIR CONDITIONING WOULD NOT WORK TO KEEP FAN RUNNING ALL THE TIME. SO ALL I HEARD ALL NIGHT AND AT 5AM WAS CARS GETTING ON THE BRIDGE. Us country folks need to sleep on other side of hotel.

Loved the location and how close it was to PNC Park. I liked that a pool was available, clean, & comfortable. The room was extra clean and the breakfast was really enjoyable.

The blinking light emitting from the defectors. A blinking light was present in the room all night and became extremely noticeable and overwhelming. It was hard to ignore, but we managed to get some sleep.
