We loved everything except walkability. I think it said it was 1000' from Bower's Wharf, but it was more like a half mile. It's walkable for younger people, but we are in our mid to upper 70's and could not walk. We drove and paid for parking almost everywhere. We did get lucky midweek at the right hand side of Bower's wharf where there was FREE parking through April 30.

Location is a little isolated. We walked to Belle's Restaurant (?) inside the wharf. One guard let us park inside midweek, but the male guard on the weekend made our driver walk. My sister is going through chemo and doesn't have a lot of stamina. He allowed us to be dropped off and then park outside. Restaurant was GREAT....good food, pricing and service....just too hard to get to. Our windows had CHAINS on them to keep them from opening more than 1". Really??? We missed the fresh air, especially since we were on the waterfront.

This was our second time staying at this property. The staff is always very helpful, kind and answer questions quickly. The property is clean and well organized and convenient to downtown.

The other guests were extremely noisy. Slamming doors, yelling in the hallways, running all over the place. The people above and next to us were obnoxious the entire weekend. I understand that this property has a lot of family amenities and people tend to be more relaxed with "rules" while on vacation but that shouldn't mean having complete disregard of others.

I location is super. It's just a walk away from the wonderful small shops and food areas. We been to this location esp during off season. For price (off season) you get a wonderful deal

The hotel itself is dated. The hallways rugs worn and they use a strong perfume that can be a bit overpowering. Once in room its fine. The bathtub/hot tub is very high so if elderly you may have difficulties getting in and out of. Kitchen sink is horrible. More like a bar sink and water splashes all over if u use faucet open more then slightly.

I loved the harbor view and the room was very comfortable. Receptionist was very friendly.

Room wasnt ready til almost 4:30. I would also like to suggest a shuttle van service too. For those of us who have trouble walking or family members who can't walk distances, and dont want to have to pay for parking downtown, a shuttle would be a great help.

I did not like that the check-in was in another building. There wasn’t enough parking near the hotel rooms so we regularly had to walk back and forth from the check-in building parking lot to the hotel room.

Location can't be beat. Within walking distance of everything in town, yet removed enough to be quiet and easy to get in & out with a car. The view from our room in the Inn was the best part. Loved looking out at the commercial pier & the harbor. Rooftop lounge area was great when the weather cooperated.

If the rooms had some sort of balcony, that would have have been a huge plus. The way our one bedroom unit was laid out was also odd. The bed was just inside the door right by the hallway, and the door didn't really close tightly.(!) The sitting area had the view, which was great, but that's where the only windows were. Consequently, the bedroom was stuffy at night, even though windows were open & fan was running. This is a design issue with the building, which must have been a compromise to maximize the view for everyone. Not really a problem, just seemed odd.

The shower/tub was very difficult for me as I have back problems. Apparently there are no handicap accommodations at the club. The sleep sofa was extremely hard. There was no literature provided as to when or if housekeeping services would be provided, I.e., clean towels, trash pickup, coffee. We saw no one after we checked in.

The view from the living room was absolutely amazing and beautiful. The Kitchenette was very good with basic dishes, pots and pans including, toaster, coffee machine was there which was perfect for 2-4 people. I liked everything about this hotel and the facility they have provided to the customer is very nice and appreciating. When you arrive at the hotel lobby they have carts for the luggage which is very nice, also they have laundry facility on the third floor which is absolutely free with free laundry detergent. I read some review before my booking that elevator is very slow which is not correct, also there were few reviews about you could hear voice from the next room and the lobby which is also not correct as when we went the hotel was completely full but we didn't had this issue. Our room was very clean we had so much relaxed time and we will definitely come back to the same hotel next time.

few minor issues... layout of the room could be an issue as it doesn't provide much privacy as you have to leave the suite through the bedroom in the hallway. The jacuzzi was there but it didn't work also WIFI and Chromecast was a big pain as we couldn't able to connect to Chromecast.

Confusion on the payment of the bill. Ended up payment both booking.com and the resort at check in. Now having problems getting back the duplicate payment from booking .com.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and it was great! the views were beautiful and the location was great; we walked to bars, restaurants and shops. we would definitely stay here again!

nothing really, but having to cross the street to go to the pool in winter wasn’t great! But definitely not an issue!
