The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. It was right next to the huge shopping mall which connected using the sky bridge. This means we did not have to get out on the street to arrive at the hotel late at night. This was very convenient. The room was very spacious and had very nice amenities. The bed was super comfortable and the hotel staff was very nice and helpful during the stay.

The only thing that went wrong during our stay was that the pool was closed. We were not pre-advised and even packed swim wear to be able to use it.

The staff are super nice and very helpful. I received assistance in a very timely manner when I called the front desk for help (e.g clogged toilet). The room was clean. The location is unbeatable; walkable to large train stations, quiet at night time, lots of great food venues within walking distance.

Some parts of the room needs better maintenance or a face lift. For example, some of the chairs creek, and the toilet seems to clogs very easily. There were also signed of just heavy scrapes along some of the furniture. I like actually like the furniture with it's old charm, but some of it could use better maintenance and some could be replaced. The elevators were confusing. Granted there is overpass / indoor bridge access to the Convention Center and a providence mall, but the layout was confusing. Certain elevators only go to the rooms, while others go to the connecting bridges. Maybe having some clear signs up in the lobby may help.

The front desk associate who checked us in was wonderful, I wish I had asked for her name. She was kind and patient and helpful...really set the tone for a great stay! Valet attendants were polite and efficient. Housekeeping staff was helpful and willing to provide extra towels on days when service was not needed.

There are some renovations taking place but they are well concealed behind walls despite being in high traffic areas. This is not at all a big deal since this is an effort to make the hotel even better in the future.

Almost everything we didn't walk around the hotel we just stayed because of the Cheer Competition the Beds, room, staff was amazing I left my blanket n the security went up to the room n put it aside for me that was awesome Thank You

The Parking in the garage was scary walking at night time with everything closed to get to the level 4 parking garage I didn't know how to park closer to the hotel entrance or the garage entrance after I parked on level 4 I wish I did the valet parking but I was at the Cheer Competition n I wasn't checked in yet it was way to early to I should have asked but I didn't want to double pay for parking so I just left it alone

Well to begin the staff is very friendly and informative and the hotel decor was beautiful. The room was worth the money but they forgot a few touches. Like sugar for the coffee and tea. The bed was soóooooo comfy!!! As were the pillows. They offer late check out. I would definitely stay again. It has a sky bridge that connects you to the mall..it has a lot to do and is on te perfect location off and on the highway right in downtown..

Room smelled a lil off when we vhv5in like burnt rubber. I sprayed my lavender water and it was good to go .They Didn't offer breakfast especially when we booked a king suite. The parking garage isn't exactly combined with the hotel. You have to kinda do a bit of cardio to get from the garage to the hotel. Self park is 15$ and you have to pay each time you leave . Valet is 34$ all night come and go as you please. Pretty good deals but it should just be 15 if you self and 34 if you valet and unlimited come and go. 22$ if you lose your ticket. We happens to leave our in the to by error when we checked out. I wish they could find you by your room number. To be honest this place is amazing a few lil hiccups but i would definitely stay again!

- The hotel is obviously higher price range, but on the older side. I was kept meticulously clean and up to date. -The pool was amazing. - The staff was great and did their best to accommodate us and help us when we had trouble the first night. they didn’t hesitate to upgrade us to a bigger, brighter and quieter room. - bridge to the mall was handy

- The first night we couldn’t sleep at all because of construction/demolition work on the highway near the hotel. When we checked in, we had heard some guests complaining about noise, but the clerk never said anything to us so that communication could’ve been better. The staff was amazing in making sure our second and last night would be good. - no real breakfast option except a tiny and expensive coffee shop inside the hotel - our first room had a shortage of accessible outlets for charging your phone at your bedside and some of the lamps weren’t working

This was my third stay at the Omni. I return to it because it's very conveniently placed for getting around downtown Providence and I like the pool. On this visit, my room was extremely comfortable, high enough up that the street noises were not intrusive, and except for the problem with the WiFi I enjoyed my stay. The staff who arranged for me to get a taxi back to the airport were helpful and I appreciate their assistance.

The WiFi didn't work. I had maybe 10 seconds of useful connection on either the Guest, Lobby, or Meeting network before it told me there was no internet, even though the connection was still there. I don't think the problem was with my phone, since the WiFi worked fine at the airport, the library, the Lobby of the hotel across the street, and other places around town.

The front desk woman when I checked in at 9:45 didn't want to give me a late checkout. She pretended to go into the back room to ask someone and came out and said no. Then the next morning I called down and I got a complimentary 12:30 checkout. It was just weird and I suggest she say something the future like - I do not have the authority to approve that but call down in the morning and they will help you. Other than that, the staff was great!

Centrally located. indoor access to AMP, convention center, Providence Place Mall.

Just about everything in or around the hotel is pricey. Two muffins from a little shop in the hotel for $10.85. Valet parking is also pricey but you have little alternatives Getting to free Wi-Fi is an ordeal. The shower in our room was a little slippery. Also the water drainage was slow in the shower. Still it is still a very nice hotel with excellent staff.

Hotel is so well positioned for off and on highway. We had a suite which just had a little more room for all the bags. Shower was hot and good pressure. Staff in reception, Flemings bar and restaurant as well as valet were simply great. Food in the bar and the restaurant are super good, great bottle of rose champagne from Mexico which the sommelier told us about was award winning and we would never have known. Hotel is very well situated for local amenities. We didn't have time to try the pool but it was open.

Hotel is a little tired and could do with a refresh. Flemington restaurant although food and staff were amazing held very little ambience.
