The location was perfect and close to everything!! The hotel smelled clean and fresh the.minute we entered the lobby and our room was clean (I am VERY picky and a germaphobe) and smelled so fresh. The bathroom was spacious and the bed was comfy! The one thing I would have loved was room service esp for breakfast but other than that it was perfect. We will definitely be back!

The only thing I didn't like was the size of the fridge. We are both diabetic and had to refrigerate insulin as well as drinks and it just didn't get cold enough nor had the space we needed.

I loved the location to Isle of Palms, Sullivan Island and Charleston. It is set back from Rte 17 so traffic sounds are nearly non-existent. The bed was ever so comfortable as were the pillows. I enjoyed the way the king room was set up with the wider walk space, chaise across the window wall and bed facing it; along with the added desk-counter space. Perfection with the size, placement, wall-design and set up with the large TV. The bathroom was so roomy, well lit and tons of towels. And there was a full-length mirror(so often omitted in hotels)!!!

There needs to be additional towel hooks or hangars as well as a grab bar within the shower area for some stability/safety.

Clean and convenient to our destination, the local hospital for an outpatient surgery. Nice staff. We were the only people in the dining area. But, the food and service was great.

I noted that you promised a restaurant which included hot breakfast. There was no breakfast option available. A bit disappointing. The hair dryer in the room did not work properly. It had only one setting (low). The other setting did not function. The TV in the bedroom included HBO options. The living room TV did not...?

I loved my stay here! The beds were so comfortable I almost overslept for the wedding I was attending. Everything was so clean and modern. The bluetooth mirror in the bathroom was a nice touch. Overall, I think I'll be staying here again.

There wasn't much of a view but I didn't mind much because it was in close proximity to almost everywhere I needed to be. They didn't have a smart tv which was annoying but that's clearly just me being picky. The only thing that got me was that I had to pay for all 3 nights even though I only stayed 2 full ones due to the storm. None of the staff offered anything to remedy that so in my opinion, it's overpriced.

The location was perfect for shopping, a variety of restaurants, and places of interest. It was only 10 minutes to Charleston's historic district. The hotel was very clean and the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping were friendly, professional and helpful.

The shower has a stationary partiton that only covers half the shower which made for a wet floor. No worries though, towels and floor mats were quickly replaced.

Did not realize breakfast was optional for additional charge ; thought it was included. I used a 3rd party for booking (Booking.com), which did not make this clear

I was contacted via text several times to encourage my sign up to participate in rewards program. It was not made clear to me that by using a third party to book, that I would be ineligible for participation. This should have been clarified on the front end. On line third party agencies always have better rates AND provide incentive programs

electronic blinds broken in bedroom & the lighting was a little dim at night in the actual room also they took money for damages etc up front that they hold for 5 business days while they access if anything happened which nothing did, this would be good to know ahead of time especially for people on a budget!

The layout of the room was different than the usual, in a good way. The beds were very comfy. The staff at the front desk where just what staff everywhere should be. They were very pleasant , professional and helpful. Although we were very happy with our stay , please don't let this review go to your head. As long as you continue to offer a good price for a great room,. We will be recommending this place to all our friends.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here. Everything was very clean and smelled lovely! The bathroom mirror had a Bluetooth speaker, which was a huge plus! Also, loved that the room had a Keurig. Will be returning!

The coffee creamers in my room were expired. The ones in the lobby were good so I just used those. The pool was a lot a bit small. Other than that, great hotel!

Hotel looked brand new, super clean, close to historic charleston and convenience stores. Comfortable beds and really nice spacious bathroom.

The bar/lounge was closed both nights I was there , I don't like it when a hotel promises an amenity and then it isn't available. I think it warrants discount. It would be nice if there was a hot tub. Otherwise the hotel was great. I did not see the gym.. so I don't know how that was, the pool is small but nice
