We loved the variety of offerings for breakfast. The front desk staff was always friendly and happy to answer our questions. Dominique was amazing! All staff was courteous and welcoming. The hotel was clean and tidy.

We were surprised by the number of travelers that brought their pets. We did not have any issues with that it was just surprising to us. There was one night that a dog barked until about 10pm. That we did not like.

I always enjoy hyatt breakfast and I love how the rooms are laid out, it’s like your own apartment.

The only complaint I have is that we saw probably a handful or two of bugs in our room. Not a huge deal but just something to note. Other than that no issues at all.

It was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were very friendly. The entrance to the swimming pool was just down the hall from our room and we enjoyed the fitness room, which was close to the pool. The breakfast that was included had a large variety of food-hot and cold. There is a Walmart Supercenter right around the corner, which was very nice. There was a stove in our room and cooking pots in the drawers, along with cooking utensils, so we cooked a couple of meals during our stay. I will definitely book this hotel again!

There was nothing we didn't like. No complaints!

Breakfast was excellent. It varied everyday. The service and staff were wonderful.

Your ads (booking.com) description of the room size was deceptive. You advertised that the one-bedroom suite (with living room and kitchen) was 675 sq ft. which gave us the impression that it was larger than it actually was and impacted our decision to stay at this facility at the very expensive price. Once we arrived at the hotel, we discovered that the one-bedroom suite was much smaller at 425 sq. ft. (as indicated in the hotel website).

Location was very convenient. The staff was very polite and nice and always greeted me when entering the property. Clean property. Convenient parking that was well lighted.

My room smelled a little like wet dog upon entry due to air unit being turned up. I was told by some staff that all rooms were pet friendly. It would be nice if property had some designated no pet rooms for customers who don’t own pets to stay in.

It was very welcoming! The staff was so friendly and always had a smile on their face, it was just amazing vibes all around. I’ll definitely be back 🩵

There wasn’t much that you couldn’t like everything was so amazing the only thing that didn’t really stick out was the breakfast, but other than that it was a perfect spot to stay

Great breakfast selections. Convenient to all areas. Very nice rooms. Liked the setup. Bathroom was huge and loved the large shower. The pool atea looked nice but we did not use. Also the outdoor fire pit area was really nice!

There needs to be more hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels abd the bathroom was huge so plenty of wall space and I would suggest a shelf for towels that is not in the shower area as they got wet. Also an outlet near the wall mirror so that 2 women traveling together can both get ready at same time.

Hyatt house is absolutely wonderful! this was our second stay with them, the facilities where absolutely top notch it’s a very well taken care of hotel with very friendly and helpful staff we came down with our two pups and the large open park in-front makes it that much better ! it’s in a quite neighborhood and honestly couldn’t ask for a better place to stay !

The hotel was very nice, amazing staff. We arrived 3 hours before check in and they had our suite ready. Breakfast was really nice with many options for all diets and food preferences. Location was very convenient and close to everything.

The pool was really tiny, but not the main attraction for our trip, so, not really that big of a deal.

Staff was friendly and welcoming, it was very clean, the rooms and bathrooms were updated and modern. Bonus they supplied shampoo, conditioner and body wash, full sizes not samples. The distance to downtown Charleston was just minutes away and easy to get to.

There's nothing I didn't like about my stay, I'd definitely stay there again.
