The room was clean and nice. It was spacious. We had a view of the swimming pool from our door. The beds are nice. We enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. It had a good spread - Waffles, Sausages, Egg, varieties of Corn flakes and Mueslis, Fruits, Yogurts, juices, coffee, baked potatoes, porridges, nutri bars, and bacon. They also had some cookies and fresh drinks kept near the receiption in the afternoon, which people can enjoy. Overall, we had a lovely stay as it is equidistance to the city, Sullivan/Isle of Palm beach and to Boone Hall Plantation. It is also walking distance to Orlando's Pizza and Moe's Southwest Grill.

Great location if staying overnight before carnival cruise. Room was comfortable and clean. Made it to the breakfast room 5 minutes before they shut it down. Made coffee first only to turn around and watch the girl take all the bacon and eggs away. Still had a minute or two remaining.

Breakfast was taken away before the ending time. When we arrived which was very late and the hotel was expecting us late, the doors were locked to the front lobby. I had to call to get someone to the door. During check in the front desk clerk was talking to someone on her personal phone via speaker. She was polite but not very considerate of talking on her personal phone while working and doing her job.

Location is really good, close to downtown and beaches. Breakfast was nice, every day the same but food was tasty. We had fridge, microwave in the room. For spending a couple nights here is good choice.

AC was just front of first bad, so at night I closed it because it was so cold! but with off AC was impossible to sleep. There is one window but it close, so we didn’t have any fresh air. I don’t like sleep with open AC so this is not a common problem is just my experience.

Your maintenance man is the BEST. The young lady and guy who stock and serve in the breakfast nook are the BEST HARDEST WORKING employees I've ever seen!! Non stop and friendly!

The lack of any rules on breakfast nook: tables of YOUNG kids only with no parent supervision..MANY KIDS WITH NO SHOES ON..1 kid with no shirt. Kids filling tumblers and baby bottles with drinks!! You could definitely use some posted guidelines. Middle age and older guests are not amused.

The breakfast was great for hotel food. The complimentary cookies and lemomade at night was good as well. Location was great. Clean rooms. Peaceful location.

The beds are very hard. The price could be a little cheaper. The card did not work to one of our rooms. My family wanted our rooms next to each other. Our rooms were together until the door did not open. Instead of fixing the problem, they moved 1 of the rooms further down. Not a big deal though.

I took a chance because I stayed here in 2020 and it wasn’t great. So happy I did! Love the upgrades! The staff was extremely hospitable and the room was awesome!

This property was nostalgic. I was taken back to my childhood beach stays. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Love that the hotel is locally owned! Please don’t change that. I will continue to stay here in the spring and fall for years to come.

Everything was better than I was expecting. The room was clean and comfortable. The blow-dryer didn't work well, but I had brought my own anyway. Breakfast was excellent. There was a variety of food that if you didn't see anything you liked, you are too picky. The Quality Inn was a great place to stay and I plan on staying there again for our next vacation. Excellent service..

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and hot. Very good.each day beds were made with fresh linen in the bathroom. Great location to sights we wanted. We would definitely stay again.

TV channels were lacking as far as no line up channels available. Couldn't find a list any where in the room.. Shower was slick and you have to be careful and not fall.

Needs a good DEEP clean..as in things need to be moved and cleaned…pool area needs maintenance…linens were stained as well as mattresses and pillows…

The location was safe and well lit at night. Minimal sounds from neighbors. I never worried about my safety. Parking was plentiful as well. Check in and check out process was very professional and seamless. I would say it's better than some of the 4 star hotels in the area.

During the cleaning process, there was a little bit of residue left over. Maybe it is a particular cleaning brand you are using. There seemed to be a bit of oiliness on the table and floors. Some of the old repairs on the walls and doors were quite noticable, however did not impact my stay.
