The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early after driving straight through in 12hrs and the receptionist, Vonna, greeted us with a smile and told us about early checkin, which we did not hesitate to accept. The lobby was beautiful and the fish tank made a relaxing added attraction. Since CoVid cut back on many services, breakfast each morning was more than we had anticipated! At the end of our stay, Vonna was there again and very receptive about any concerns we might have come across during our stay.

We have no complaints. Our stay was wonderful. Minor routine maintenance issues were brought up when we checked out, but they were noted and I am sure they will be repaired.

I'm a double lung transplant recipient. That's why I asked for a room with no carpeting, which we got. The room was musty and I couldn't change that, so I slept with a mask on to breathe cleaner air. When a guest needs a specific type of room, please be sure to open that room well before the guest arrives. I didn't request that the room be aired out before we came. I just expected that it would be. And it would be nice to have a channel guide for the television. Everything else was great! If we can get rid of the musty smell, we'll definitely stay there again.

good location, clean, good breakfast. the only thing near the hotel (where palm trees grow) the child was bitten by a red ant and the child began anaphylactic shock (severe allergies), he had to go to the ambulance. but it's not the hotel's fault, just be careful.

There was a strange smell in the room, I don't know if it was damp. and there was a very big cockroach in the room

My bed was smelly and wet , horrible smell: the bed it self was even wet :( has two wet spots on the bed , my son was like momma what is that nasty smell and figured it out as I pulled blankets back yuck….

I liked how close we were to restaurants and yet not surrounded by traffic. The staff was phenomenal! Anything we needed they were right there to assist.

There really wasn't a bad thing about this visit. Trust me when i say that's rare for me to say. I find something wrong with everything!

Staff are supper. They are very helpful, patient. They are the best point of this hotel. Room is some old, but clean. It is sure worth what you paid . Breakfast is good. Location is also rather good. It took only 1 minute to be on route 17. Close to some very good local restaurant too.

Room is some small. so we cannot all sit in room before sleep. We sit at the area for breakfast sometime, but the TV there has only on channel.

Very clean, spacious, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, nice riom amenities. Great ac, refrig made things ice cold. Was just perfect for what we needed and was very close to the Cooper River Bridge which we took a walk over in the morning and could have walked to dinner options and a grocery store. Id stay here again.

Staff outstanding. Went out of their way to help us with any requests we made. Quickly able to check in and out. No complaints inside the hotel at all.

Would have liked better lighting in the parking lot. Not really a complaint but interior hallway color was very dark reddish brown. Not very cheerful.

Location was perfect for our stay and driving into Charleston. The room was comfortable with all we needed for our night’s stay. Breakfast was good. We were admittedly the last ones to get breakfast and the juice was gone. Otherwise, we had plenty to eat. We would stay at BW again.

We love staying here, and have several times. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is fantastic. My only recommendation would be to clean the rooms during a 6 night stay. Our room wasn't cleaned our entire vacation, but we will definitely stay again, because everything else was excellent!
