the cafe and lounge were temporarily closed and there was no mention of this on the website. there were no food/snack options available

very clean and modern and comfortable

cleaning service not well organized. one day they just forgot to clean the room at normal morning hours while room wasn’t occupied. And be aware that this is not a “hotel”, it’s a residences complex. They don’t provide breakfast. parking: only valet. Some issues with Netflix, it won’t let you log into your account, but you can mirror-screen your phone.

In suite laundry and very clean spacious rooms w fabulous shower.

No on site coffee shop or cafe or even a store to buy snacks, fruit, yogurt or drinks. Apparently they are in the process of getting a new chef & menu for the cafe. They're only response when we expressed our concern was "we can bring you more Kurig cups and coffeemate". My daughter and I could not stop laughing at such an I adequate response! They could have given all guests prior notice and even given Starbucks cards at check in as a show of hospitality. For such a high quality place in all other respects, that was really surprising and disappointing.

The facility exceeded our expectations and more! The room was clean and the bed is one of the best bed we had ever slept on. The location is close to all major attractions and great restaurants (make sure you make reservations in advance as it will be difficult at the last minute). As with another hotels in the area, you will be charged for parking which is expensive. The are public parking garages close by but we were not sure how safe they are so we did not consider it. One thing to note is that Hilton will try to talk you into Hilton Membership Club with enticements ($300 credit) if you are willing to spend 1.5 hour of sale pitch. We politely declined as we have club membership with another hotel that we earned through stay points,

Very high end luxury hotel with ALL the things you need to be comfortable! All kitchen appliances, microwave and oven built into wall, subzero fridge and freezer with ice maker and water dispenser… no going down the hall with a bucket!! All dishes, silverware and bakeware, glass stovetop! Dishwasher included. Large island with wine fridge! A beautiful bathroom and a shower that I did not want to get out of!! Wall mounted Remote controls for curtains and blinds…2 large flat screen TVS… luxury vinyl plank floors with area rugs and stacked washer and dryer! Umbrella and iron kept in living room armoire… and much more! Secure door locks with a metal bar to block entry to room! Couldn’t wait to get back to my second “home” after my excursions around town! Has small Market place cafe in hotel for good breakfast and lunch… 7am to 3pm. Nice bar and lounge area! The valet guys are sweet and helpful! Guest service/front desk…shout out to Belle, Ryan and Keisha…all of them are wonderful!! Brie from concierge desk… very friendly and helpful in planning what to do and see! Oh and great location to downtown shops, restaurants, the Aquarium is like only 2 blocks away along with the Harbor cruising! Definitely will be back!! Once you stay at a hotel like this… you won’t want to go for less!

Price is steep but you get what you pay for! And some knocking sounds with AC cutting off at intervals, but bearable, some probably won’t notice but it’s so wonderfully quiet that I was able to hear it… but no big deal

Wow!! What an incredible stay. I had originally booked a boutique hotel closer to downtown, but found a great rate here. So glad I did as this will now be my go to in Charleston. The property is stunning, from the building itself to the detailed touches in the suites, it is immaculate! Quintin at the front desk especially made our stay amazing, we were there to celebrate an anniversary and he went above and beyond to make it special. Corey was also very kind and helpful during our stay, helping with our bags and giving a full tour of our suite. Cannot wait to come back to this property!

not the closest to downtown but still a good location

We had the luxury one bedroom suite with a full kitchen and a separate bedroom, big bathroom and even a washing machine and tumble dryer. The suite was furnished extremely nice and is very big. It even had a heated toilette😀. It was also within walking distance to the shopping area in Charleston. We had booked on an extremely short notice as our originally booked B&B was terrible.

The only negative point was the extremely high price.

A very good location near the old part of Charleston, the Aquarium and the cityh's main museum. Large, comfertable and well-equipped rooms, professional staff. A great place to stay while in Charleston.

A very early check-out time (10:00). For breakfast, better go to the nearby Saffron restaurant. May I add that it seems that the hotel's regulations oblige those working in the reception to stand up during their shift. Providing them with high chairs, for example, could get the same effect without forcing them to stand all day on their feet.

There was a little cafe in the hotel, but we did not try it. There is a little breakfast place close by, Saffron Rest. & Bakery that we ate at our last day & we really like the food and the vibe there.

The hotel was not cheap at all & the parking was an extra $40 a day. I think that was an excessive price on top of the original hotel price.

excellent room and location!

Our only negative was in arranging transportation to airport. Asked staff about taxi or Uber as we had used taxi upon arrival and it was $42 vs. $64 Uber. Concierge said taxi was better value and that they had a regular service they use. We went with this recommendation being told it would run between $35-$45. When we arrived at the airport the driver charged us $80. We were shocked. Lesson learned to confirm price prior to departure.
