disappointed with the staff, Bradlee was there when we checked in at 4 and our room was not ready. At 4:30 he decided to switch us to a different room. Then I was surprised that he didn’t know much about the area when I asked if he could recommend tours or restaurants. None? He was there when we checked out. we had been emailed that our flight was delayed and then cancelled. I asked about staying an additional night but was told it would be 400$ a night for each couple. we had also just purchased 2 of the specials to travel to Hilton Head within the next 13 months. I am a new honors member and usually stay at Marriott locations and I have to say I wasn’t impressed with the service.

Megan at the front desk was FABULOUS! From the moment we checked in (with our bright yellow suitcases lol) , she helped us several times! She is just a sweet, knowledgeable and professional young lady! We will be back because of her customer service! Breakfast was great! The bartender was extremely nice and quick! Pool area was very nice!

We loved everything about it! Couldn’t complain about anything!

The staff was very welcoming and friendly, especially at the bar and front desk! The location was great if you’re wanting to reach history, food, and night life. We walked most places during our stay.

Biscuits and Gravy only being available one day during the stay. I believe this should be an option more frequently. The premade omelets weren’t great.

All services were great! The young man at the Valet was very helpful! Tristan and the whole front desk were fabulous. Tristan went over and above finding a Papa John’s pizza delivery for my hungry 8 year old grandson! Thank you, Tristan!!

My husband has a hard time walking far. I thought the city was more close together. No Hop On Hop Off Trolley tours so we saw what we could see.

Staff was great. Tonya was especially helpful to us and made great recommendations.

I had to contact the front desk to request basic room cleaning each day. The one day I did have it cleaned the bed was made with the mattress cover over the top sheet & the towels were not replaced. There were no turkey products on the breakfast buffet the 3 days I was there, only pork.

The location was perfect and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent.

The quality of the sheets was inferior. The bottom sheet didn't stay in place, and the top sheet needed to be replaced years ago. The blanket wasn't even a blanket. We could hear the water running in the pipe in the wall near the bed. The mattress was not the quality I was expecting from a Hilton.

Clean and comfortable. Parking on site was $32 a day but right next door was a lot for $12 a day which was very convenient. The complimentary breakfast hit the spot. Tons of food choices within walking distance and even more within a short delivery range. Appliances were very handy to have in the room as we always had tons of leftovers. TV was a nice Samsung smart TV but didnt have the original remote so we couldn't watch any streaming services. Only knock was the night time staff person who must have been having a bad day.

The room was spacious and very clean. Attentive and friendly staff. We asked for some items for the kitchen, such as dishwshing soap and a cutting board, and the staff immediately took care of that. Comfortable work desk that allowed me to seamlessly continue my remote work. Breakfasts are hearty and there's a variety to choose from. Great location on King Street!

Hard to find things to complain about. There is no safe in the room, but it wasn't a big deal. The kitchenette is decently equipped but a little bit more utensils and basic items would go a long way in terms of usability.

Room was great and the hotel smells very clean. Location was downtown historic district, but we underestimated the distance from the hotel to the market area. Luxury hotel with luxury accommodations. Shelton was a very personable bar tender. We enjoyed having complementary drinks our first night.

The breakfast wasnt the best in the world but to be included in the price of our stay I guess it will do. We did ask for towels and wash clothes 2x and no one ever brought them. These are the only complaints

From start to finish Awesomeness!!! Very friendly / professional staff and the staff went above and beyond to leave a nice surprise in our room for our 25th Wedding Anniversary 💞 So, needless to say- We will continue to book at Homewood Suites@ Hilton hotels. No complaints. Hubby and I are Happy Camper's. See you all next trip, such a lovely trip to Historic Charleston SC!
