it was clean.

if seemed to be in the party district. lots of you people, not very family friendly.

This was one of my best hotel experiences to date. Firstly, the cleanliness, facilities, location, and helpfulness of the staff were excellent. But in addition, they really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They were able to accommodate multiple requests at the front desk with regard to check-in and check-out procedures and did so with genuine smiles - including holding our suitcases, allowing us to check back into our original room around noon when we hand to extend our trip by a day and giving us a complimentary late checkout on our final day. 10/10 - we will be back!

Nothing - perfect!

Breakfast was very good made better by the serving staff! I’m retired from the Atlantic City casino industry so I know the hotel industry. Not sure of names but I think they were Connor, Andre and ur day manager, a young lady were just incredible! Al at the valet stand also outstanding. Last but not least was the housekeeping staff. They were fun and efficient. I’ve never enjoyed tipping so much ! Ha! Thank you all for helping my wife and I enjoy our 40th wedding anniversary 😋

Can’t think of a thing!

We traveled with a child and used a pool twice a day, the room was spacious enough and we even have a big terrace where we had breakfast. Personnel was super friendly and accommodating. Location is good, rooms are clean and pool is working till 10. we had a great trip! thank you

we had issues with the AC - it was fixed once. second time we decided to let it go :)

The hotel staff was great. Tanner & Madison were very attentive. The cleaning staff was always friendly. The room was clean & spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was big & the shower was clean. The location was decent & within walking distance to most attractions.

We were approached for money a few of times during our short stay when arriving or exiting the hotel by foot. Bigger bath towels would be a +.

Convenient to our daughter's apartment. All of Charleston is walkable from this location. Very straight forward place. Allowed for early check-in and late check-out and held our luggage without hassle.

TV was not a smart set. Would have preferred a bit more of the flavor of Charleston in the hotel settings as you do in the older parts of town.

The food was good and reasonably priced. Friendly staff. The hotel was very clean throughout. Within walking distance from the centre. But there is a free town Dash bus that leaves from the visitors centre, about 5 mins away .

There was honestly nothing bad about this hotel.

The property was clean and rooms were nicely decorated. Anything that I wanted was available on premises. The buffet breakfast was beyond anything I could have wanted. I even had dinner and the food was great!!! The patio was relaxing and private—-so nice! The hotel was centrally located and public transportation was was easily assessable.

There was nothing that was unacceptable. The hotel was quiet no loud music, talking ect in hallways or lobby

The staff was super helpful and made a point to greet you and ask how things were going every time you saw them. Ronnie was so polite and refreshing and I felt like we could be friends after the weekend stay there. Mason in valet was also very helpful and often gave restaurant recommendations for us. Everyone was very pleasant and it was nice to see smiling helpful faces

The bedding was the only negative, the blanket/comforter felt like a sheet. I even requested another blanket but it felt like a shower curtain. Would definitely recommend upgrading the bedding.

The staff was excellent and very helpful from the front desk to the valets and the cleaning staff. Everyone was so friendly. The pool was great and refreshing. The location was good but it's about a mile walk to the city center so if you can't walk that far, you can Uber or Lyft and in the evening, there are "rickshaw" rides on bikes.

They charge 20$ for breakfast which is a little steep I thought so we ate out on town.
