We have stayed at this hotel many times as we love the Greenville vibe and have family there. The hotel never disappoints, the rooms are comfortable and extremely clean and the breakfast has an array of hot choices and are plentiful. Marcia on front desk was extremely impressive as she knew exactly what events were going on in the area and recommended us to some new restaurants. Well done to all especially Marcia. 10 out of 10 😊

I did not like our check in with Paul. Paul thoroughly explained to the woman in front of us where everything was located as she had never been to the hotel. However, when he too my payment etc, he simply handed me the keys. I stood and looked around, a bit unsure and finally turned to him and said, no idea where anything is. He pointe to the elevators to say around there. I then had to ask, where is breakfast and he pointed in the same direction. The next morning (this morning) we came down and didn't know where to go. The staff at the desk pointed us in the direction. Not sure what that was about, the woman in front of me was white and I was not so unsure if that played anything with his desire to provide her info and not do the same for me.

This was an amazing hotel at a great location. I actually liked that it was a block or so off Main Street, because we got the proximity to all the great restaurants etc without all the noise! The room was beautiful and clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing- hot eggs, waffles and sausage. We chose to park in the parking deck across the street because it was much cheaper, but there is also valet parking available. This was perfect for our stay, and we would definitely stay there again!

The location was great. Had breakfast, a restaurant and bar on site. Valet parking

No smoking section available. Outside sitting area no cover so after the rain the furniture stayed wet for over a day so couldn’t sit out there. Same breakfast everyday, no potatoes first day was told no coffee till breakfast opened up at 7, we are early risers, but that got straightened out. Bar/restaurant closed Sunday and Monday need better pillows in room.

Good Breakfast and the room was clean and comfortable beds. Park should have been included but was a charge for Valet. The Hotel location was great and easy to walk TO DOWNTOWN GREENVILLE. I would stay here again .

You had 4 Valet boys to take the car and charge $25 per day ,but NO one asked to help me or my family with our luggage.I thought that was very rude.I asked for water and no one brought water to the room ,I had to go downstairs and get it.

The rooms are very spacious with a screened-off desk area with a couch. Facilities, including breakfast, are excellent and so is the location. It is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. Highly recommend it.

Being asked to pay $25 for valet parking when there is a parking garage across the street that charges $7. Being charged for valet parking that I didn't use and it being billed to my credit card without my authorisation

I travelled with my partner and my sister so I booked a room with a partition and sofa bed for a little more privacy and requested the sofa bed to have lining on when I booked and it did. The room was spacious and clean. The ambience of the hotel was delightful. The decor was trendy, stylish and looked very eco friendly. All of the staff were helpful, polite and friendly especially William at breakfast he was so attentive. A wonderful choice of breakfast which was replenished regularly so always looked appetising and hot. 10 out of 10 to this wonderful hotel. We can’t wait to visit again.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location. We were there for the Greenville RV show and we were super pleased with our stay.

The pricing was high for the accommodations. Was disappointed that you got no cheaper rates for booking two nights or more. Pillows were horrible but the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful with modern, unique and comfortable furnishings. The location is great for walking around Greenville. Our room was very quiet, spacious, and the beds were super comfy. The bathroom was clean and roomy. Breakfast was one of the best we've had at an American hotel. I observed two gentlemen assessing every detail of the food and breakfast area. Turns out they were managers/directors. I complimented them and they asked my opinion on any items that could be added or modified. I couldn't think of anything because everything was fantastic. The valet parking was fast and efficient and the valet staff were friendly. I would stay at this hotel again without question and would highly recommend it to others.

There was no overhead lighting in our room so we had to turn on and off the various lamps in the room and the room was a bit dark. Front desk staff were efficient but not necessarily welcoming or friendly.

As expected, a great hotel. Despite the convenient location, close to Main Street very quite. Inexpensive parking garage just around the corner. Very friendly staff, clean rooms. Great, spacious lobby and a nice small outside pool. Breakfast could offer more choice but is adequate.
