Beach front, really nice room -King Suite- nice pools and hot tubs. Friendly staff and great location

Wish we could have enjoyed the pier but unfortunately it is still being repaired. Hopefully next time. The concierge did not mention which tower our room was in so we went back and forth until we found it.

The room was very spacious and right off the beach. We were able to access all amenities in the buildings close by. This location was even close to my favorite food store to shop to put food in the fridge.

My bathrooms was very nasty, hair was every where. I do clean up just in case but I spent about 30 mins mainly cleaning the bathrooms because the tubs looked clean but when we started cleaning. You could see the hair in the tub and around the toilets, all over the floor. Plus we had dirty dish cloths in our room. My husband took them to the lobby. It would also be nice to have a bridge or something connecting both of the hotels instead of going through the garage and walking on the main street to get the the main hotel let alone the lobby.

The location was amazing. We were able to download their app and get our keys before the room was ready so we could access everything but the room. They did text me and let me know when the room was ready. The rooms were super comfortable and had just about anything you could imagine to cook with.

We were in tower 2 and the pool wasn't heated. We had to walk across the street to use the other pool that was heated. Wasn't necessarily a bad thing since the pool wasn't over crowded but hopefully the tower 2 pools will be updated to include heat in the future.

The pier was closed. I booked the room because of the pier being assessable. I booked in April and it clearly stated the pier was going to be ready in May which wasn’t true..

Location. Loved North Myrtle Beach. Tower 1 nice balcony on the beach.

Pier closed. Suite need major repair and updates in bathroom. Ceiling falling down in shower, around tub mold and crumbling concrete. Mold and water damage.

everything was amazing except the breakfast

went to breakfast in the hotel restaurant. was a very unpleasant experience. our server was doing her best to handle the front alone while other server was taking the wrong food to the wrong table and the cook was yelling at her. then the manager?!? yelled at our server for doing her job instead of helping.

The view was the best, the room we had was very clean, nice decor, & comfortable beds. The beach was clean, & and the ocean was clean, & and water was so warm. & had 2 restaurants to choose from inside the hotel,& hooked on behind on the pier. Beach was not super crowded, people were so friendly and had room to be in the water.

The parking garage is very inconvenient, & it is very tight for parking.. & would've like to had a room on a higher floor as was requested on making booking, but we got on floor 4. 4 was just too low for us. Also, elevators are way too slow and need to be upgraded. Pillows are way too soft need firmer pillows. The pier wasn't finished, & was being worked on during our stay.
