Nice clean extremely friendly great breakfast

Pool not working not knowing before booking, and from what I saw the pool was crystal clear looked great all week just said due to mechanical issue . Also the hallways were extremely hot . The pool though was a huge let down . I am sick and vitamin D does a body good Want to book for upcoming week but due to pool may travel farther to find a hotel with one But everything else from breakfast to being clean it was great

The staff was absolutely incredible, the place was so clean it was absolutely beautiful hotel . The staff though they need a raise .. never have I stayed somewhere even real expensive places where you walk in the door and are immediately treated like family. Just amazing the staff from front desk on is amazing whole place !

From this day forward, if I'm able to I will stay at a Holiday inn Express. In fact, I changed another reservation further on down in my journey to a Holiday inn Express because of this hotel. Holiday inn Express will now be my first choice when I go to look for a hotel. Everything was top shelf, from the check in to the room to the facilities to the amenities to the shower to the peace and quiet to the very awesome breakfast, everything was top shelf and the price is very affordable.

Now that I'm in the other Holiday inn Express I was talking about, I noticed that as soon as I walk in I get the smell of something that smells like Old Bay seasoning and that was the same smell I got when I walked into the other hotel in richburg. And then it goes away but as soon as I walked in here I got the same smell. Weird.

The location was great for where we needed it to be. The breakfast was okay, there were choices for my children. The staff was absolutely amazing. The rooms and outside area were clean.

My children were sad the pool was closed. The downside to the breakfast, the pancakes were a little too denied to eat, their wasn't anything else like that to choose.

The room was very comfortable.

The pool was closed for maintenance, but no one was working on it and it appeared to be just fine to use. The bathroom shower also had some mold buildup and the refrigerator had a large strand of hair in it from the prior occupant. It was blatantly obvious, so I didn’t know why it wasn’t cleaned up.

Cleaning of the rooms was not very good, looked like they just made the bed and changed the towels. there where a lot of contractors there and the had dirty boots and work clothes, mad amess in the breakfast room and the hallways

The overall stay was awesome! The pool area was nice. The breakfast was good. And the bed was perfect 🥰

The room cleaning good of been better. I had a string of hair in the bathroom sink. The floor in the bathroom wasn't clean enough. And the tissue was unrolled like someone just used it. But the bed slept really good.

It was quiet breakfast smelled amazing I had a doctor's appointment first thing in the morning couldn't partake in the breakfast

What I didn't like about it no one said the pool was closed I believe it was a they don't know how to maintain it kind of thing

Everything was wonderfully comfortable. The bed deliciously soft and cosy. The pillows were even marked soft or firm! Although there wasn't any soap at the sink, the toiletries provided in the tub were delightful and generous! I was on floor 4 and had a wonderful view that included the interstate. I fell to sleep watching the traffic driving through the night! The room was beautiful and very well thought out. I only stayed one night as I was travelling on vacation, but I would have been very happy with a longer stay. The weather was too cool to sit outside, but the outside pool and facilities looked very nice. The pool was closed for the season.

There was a huge party gathering, maybe a wedding, in the lobby. Rather than have one person (of 2) check those people in leaving the other to check anyone else in, both desk associates kept checking in the party. The group were very loud and disconcerting. Everything else was wonderful! Very comfortable, room and bed.

Let's start by saying that Jackson was kind and patient with checking in these weary wanderers after midnight. This hotel is new and ultra modern. Lots of USB ports for charging, desk with adjustable desk lamp. Beds were comfy with several pillow options. Nice to have continental breakfast back after Covid-19 with some good choices.

The pancake maker was not working, but plenty of other breakfast options.
