Nice apartment, well appointed, 10 ish min drive to Broadway area. Would have walked the 25 minutes but 90 plus weather too hot.plus for gated parking and apartment complex. Seemed safe enough area,not a newer neighborhood

Didn't like the parking for unloading lots of luggage and cooler from a road trip, but was a plus for gated parking . The bed mattress is queen and on a king platform low to the floor. I recommend a king mattress 16 to 18 inches deep to avoid hitting ankles on the bed platform, so annoying and painful. Also we in 60s so bed very low to get out of.

The place was very clean and fully equipped. There were enough towels for all of us, the wifi was good, and the shower was hot. Checking in was easy and contactless.

This bathroom sink was blocked and there was no light inside of the fridge. The location was okay, a 10 minute drive/35 minute walk from downtown. The host asked me for a censored image of my credit card and selfie with an ID after booking.

Beautiful facility,great value, terrific communication the entire time. The apartment had everything we needed which cut down on items we needed to bring from home. Security was great and we felt safe. Very well lit facilities.

My only gripe would be parking. We had a pretty good trek from our parking to the apartment. Between our 2 kids and the ice it was a pain,but nothing that would deter us from staying again. I will add that we were there during a very bad storm that's unusual for Nashville!

Great location, comfortable. Sizeable kitchen. Washing machine. Secure apartment. Good secure parking with plenty of space. Very helpful instructions from the owners and good contact throughout.

We were self-catering. An extra saucepan would have been useful. Air conditioning was a bit noisy though it did not stop us sleeping

Very clean and comfortably fit 6 adults. Communication with staff was perfect.

Honestly, the neighborhood at first glance gave us doubts. Yet once inside the apartment, we were put at ease. Very clean and would stay again.

The apartment was very clean and security was amazing. Eventhough we didn't use them the little bathroom soaps and washes were a nice touch.

No linens for pull out couch and parking in rear was not ideal. Lacked some kitchen amenities.

Being close to downtown. The neighborhood seemed sketchy, but it was alright.

Parking situation was kind of confusing at first, but got used to it.

not very comfortable furniture (couch, bed) and Tv / Roku service wasn’t great. it spent more time buffering than we actually got to watch.
