The hotel is very nice and the personnel too. They were very helpful and arranging. The room was spacious and practical. They also offered promotions with Lyft to move around the city, really appreciated.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was perfect and there was plenty of options for breakfast. I really appreciated that the they partner with Lyft so I got a discount on 2 of my rides.

The beds were a tad firm but not terrible. It was a tad noisy from traffic outside and neighbors but that is to be expected.

I reserved a king suite and got a double queen at first. After settling in, there was a woman who unlocked our door and attempted to enter but seen us and closed the door. I investigated & found out the room had been double booked. The employee who made the mistake didn't offer any discounts to us but did to the other patrons until I voiced my complaint and then she only gave me a $10 voucher for the bar assuming that I drank alcohol. The other people got treated better with more discounts than I.

The room was spacious and clean. Bed were comfortable. The kitchen area is nice. Loved the sitting area. The breakfast and 2-$10 lyft codes were a nice perk.

I only wish there had been a pool and hot tub, and I'm not a fan of valet parking. Only if you had a parking lot. The shampoo dispenser was empty. My 2nd lyft driver was very unfriendly and didn't pick me up where I asked. It was a mess, and I'm having a hard time contacting customer service.

The staff was great! They were very friendly and were able to answer all my questions. The room was amazing! So clean and so comfy! It alsmot felt like an apartment than a hotel. The breakfast was decent but it was good enough to me. The location is somewhat hard to get to due to traffic in Nashville but overall I enjoyed my stay.

I think the only thing I didn't like was they didn't really have a built in diner or anything. I had to Doordash everything. I also didn't like how there was no where to park less I signed up for Valet. Even though Valet staff did amazing and took care of my car. They was late on Saturday though because they couldn't figure out how to start my car up and I ended up late to one of the events I was planning. But other than that, stay was great.

Staff could not have been any nicer. Location was great for easy access to various parts of the city. Very clean and nice facilities. Room was large and well kept. Nice hotel bar and dining options with friendly and knowledgeable bartender. Professional, Courteous, and Informative assistance from lobby staff. Excellent value for price. Thank you to the staff for making our stay stellar.

Breakfast was fair. Area surrounding hotel not extremely walkable. HOWEVER, the lyft codes provided by the hotel more than made up for this.

The staff at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Nashville Midtown were always smiling and ready to help. Anything they could do to make our stay more enjoyable they would gladly try to deliver. The hotel rooms were spacious, chic, and impeccably clean.

A few things I noticed that I feel were lacking: Not enough staff working at the High Note bar/lounge. There was only 1 bartender handling more than 20 people at the bar; drinking and ordering food. Unfair to her and made for a long wait for customers. Also- no exhaust fans in the guest room bathrooms, breakfast area coffee offered was not to my liking (I am an avid coffee drinker), I found the breakfast offerings (included with the room) was a bit disappointing.

Our stay was very comfortable. Breakfast food was very good, with lots to choose from. Nice, quiet hotel bar. Room was equipped with everything we might need for a 4 day stay. Room and hallways were clean and bright.

There was no butter available for toast or english muffin at breakfast on any day of our stay. The bar closed earlier than advertised one night so when we arrived back for a much anticipated "night cap" we were disappointed.

Breakfast and drinks from the bar were good. Hotel and room was clean. Bartender was great! Pizza menus around for late night delivery. Most staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not close enough to walk to the action on broadway or any site seeing. Need scooters, Uber, taxi; something. Very close to eway so fast traffic going by. Homeless hanging around in the morning by entrance, they were friendly but uncomfortable at first.
