The breakfast was not very good, but it was free! Coffee was important to me and it was not good at all, however I did appreciate the flavored cream! The pool was great!

The breakfast was cold. The room was small. The towels were not very abundant, I was traveling with three other woman so we definitely needed more towels. Our sink handle kept falling off and we had to call on the toilet seat to be tightened. The staff came and fixed it right away and delivered our towels right away also. I also booked the wrong location, I thought we were closer to Broadway. This caused a large uber bill! Good hotel, lacked any sort of wow factor.

The property was clean, bright, modern.

One of the reasons we booked the hotel was for the roof top pool. After a long day sightseeing, we planned on cooling off daily at the pool. First day, we changed into our bathing suits, went to the pool only to see it was closed. The pool continued to be closed the four days we were there. When we checked in, the front desk spoke to us about hotel amenities but did not mention the pool was closed. Had we been informed, we would have cancelled our reservation well before our arrival. When we spoke to the front desk, the clerk suggested ‘after talking with my manager, you can always swim at our local YMCA’.

Clean and perfect location

There was no transparency of the parking fee. I was told there were papers on the desk that explained the parking fee. However, the woman who checked us in never gave us one. Never mentioned the fee when she gave us our parking permit which also said nothing about a fee. When I asked how easily you can see the fee on the desk she told me “you can kinda see it”. Mind you I’m 4’ 11” and I can’t see well over those tall desks. Thankfully she refunded the $43 charge but it was still irritating.

there was one employee who managed to dampen my last day and that was at breakfast. I had been up most of the night with food poisoning from my lunch. She was closing the door and made sure that I knew I was late and they were closing. I was late by 5 minutes and did not know breakfast was over at 9. as I started to walk away, she then said to me and my husband that we can come in and get some food. she sarcastically said good morning and then began to complain to another employee about how difficult her Mondays were. She made sure I knew she wasn’t happy that two more people came in and disrupted her being able to clean up.

What was available was definitely delicious! The location was absolutely perfect for our purposes! It’s was the most clean and beautiful hotel! We travel often. We stay at Hilton Hotels frequently. This was by far the nicest especially for the rates!! The staff were extraordinary! We will book here again.

The breakfast station was out of essential items such as milk and juice by 9 am. Traditional waffle batter was also unavailable by 8 am! Eggs, potatoes and sausage were gone by 9: 30! The chef apologized to the guest for the food shortage stating they hadn’t expected the amount of guest that arrived. This was the only downfall of our stay. We specifically selected this hotel for breakfast to be included!

The breakfast was fantastic, a wide variety to choose from, it was nice to have choices for the number of days we stayed, it was well staffed and accommodating to the needs of guests, the pool bar area was perfect, the staff was very helpful, our room was just right for our stay, easy access for directions in and out with car or Uber.

Food at pool area was just not an excellent choice, the bar in bathroom could be moved away from shower head to accommodating getting in and out of shower better.

I liked the location, wasn’t super busy and looked clean. The breakfast was great and loved the view from our room.

We arrived about 15-20 minutes early from check in (3pm) and they said it was going to ready closer to 3pm. We went across the street to have lunch and waited for a call to let us know the room was ready. however, no one called us so when we went back to the hotel we checked it again. luckily it was ready but we were hoping yo be in by 3pm so we can rest before going yo summer slam.

Location was surprisingly IDEAL for our group (sightseeing, traveling with a dog, always looking for good places to eat, AND cool enough for the teenager). Staff was excellent and our group really appreciated the on-site charging stations for our EVs.

Bed could have been more comfortable, pillows could have been more full.

Clean and quiet. Great location to walk around the city. Crystal, at the front desk, was super welcoming. Breakfast and staff were excellent.

2 hotels in the same city with very similar names. This caused a headache on the first night but it was our fault.
