I loved the 4 bedroom 4 bath apartment. It was perfect for the 7 of us. It was so amazing. Very clean and spacious. Love that it had a 3rd floor private suite with a balcony for me and my husband. While the kids were on the 2nd floor with the 3 bedrooms. It was very modern with a fresh design. Very comfortable. Lots of amenities for everyday uses like the washer/dryer, dishes, dishwasher, refrigerator and wifi. My family loved the apartment. This apartment was amazing it was like being at home away from home. And it's affordable.

I Hated the building's location it is on a ghetto side of town. People panhandling in the daytime in front of the building. Some are possibly scammers, homeless, on drugs or just alcoholics. We were bothered mostly at night by these unsavory people after 8pm. It wasn't bad in the daytime. But at night they come out. So we just stayed inside because we were 5 females. So be prepared for the crazies and have protection just in case. If u stay here. All and all we enjoyed our stay.

There is plenty of space for 3 couples. 4 beds/3 baths. The extra room was nice in case someone was in the dog house and had to sleep somewhere else 😆 There was a washer in our unit. AC worked great. It was hotter than a hoochie coochie 😆 it was clean. There was plenty of toilet paper. I would stay here again. The price was great.

#1 . If you want to park there, it is $50 for 2 days. We had 3 cars and never had an issue(Tuesday thru Thursday) with finding parking on the street. # 2 There are a lot of stairs....so carrying up your luggage and food up the stairs kinda sucked, but in DT Nashville, you're doing the same at the bars.. #3 not within walking distance. Uber and Lyft are inexpensive and always available. #4 they need to supply 1 wash rag per person per day. We were only given 2 per bathroom .#5 If you are used to soft toilet paper, you might want to bring your own. 🤣 the window shade in our bedroom let in a lot of light, and our toilet was broken and kept sticking and running.

We loved almost everything about the apartment we stayed at. It was a decent-sized studio with all appliances you could possibly need for a temporary stay as a tourist. They provided kitchen supplies, including silverware, cups, a teakettle, a coffee machine, and other helpful items. We were very impressed by that. Moreover, they thought of little things such as coffee, creamer, tea, salt, pepper, tissues, shampoo, body lotion, etc. We also loved the fact that there was a supply unit in the building (had to enter from outside) where you can get all those things if they run out.

The walls/ceilings - ended up changing our room because we could hear every single footstep our neighbors above made. It didn't help that they were partying, but that's obviously not on Sonder. The support team was very responsive when we reached out to them regarding the noise that lasted all night and they agreed to change our room. The second room we got was better but in that one, we could hear all the outside noises. My conclusion is that if you need a place that is 100% soundproof, this Sonder building, unfortunately, is not a great choice.

Brand new facility. If your looking for a nice place to stay and relax this is the spot for not a lot of money

The only thing that sucked is there were kids running around next door and because it’s hardwood floors you could hear everything and it got annoying

The property was extremely clean. I felt safe. The beds were comfortable. The showers always had hot water.

No tv in the bedrooms. There were not enough washcloths for the number of people in the family listed on reservation. Also, there were no pans and no full set of pots to cook for family of seven.

Proximity to downtown was great. Very clean. Well supplied. Rain head shower was nice. Security was solid both on the outer door and the inner one.

The location was a bit sketchy with some of the locals loudly yelling at passing cars, people, and other things they were apparently seeing that I could not.

It was in a good location. Definitely a good price for the size and location.

The paid parking is too much, the free parking on the street fills up quickly. Also, there were a lot of scuff marks on the walls in the unit I stayed in, other than that, it was very nice.

The property is close to a huge farmers market, the Tennessee State Museum and a few really nice parks.

The fit and finish of the inside of our room was very contractor grade. The door to our room was right of the street and doesn't have a deadbolt so I felt a little uneasy. The security of the door was very poor. The property is also located like a block from a bad looking neighborhood.

Location was good. Full kitchen was nice and well stocked. Parking lot with security cameras was also nice.

Did not use dishwasher due to odor from lack of use. The moldings in the bathroom were moldy by the shower which was gross and a easy fix. Should not use flat paint in the bathroom, too much moisture.

The location was right for us because we could walk to the Nashville Auditorium each day.

It was smaller than I thought. I guess I thought it would have the bedroom separate from the rest of the place. I missed the part that it was a studio.
