Very nice hotel, very clean and the staff were very friendly. Easy access and parking was easy

Dont get me wrong I am very humble and appreciative. But my only complaint was we had the same menu for breakfast daily Sausage and scrambled eggs. I visit the area a couple times a year and have stayed at other places within a mile from here and they would change up daily. Now besides this everything else couldn't of been any better and this wont keep me from staying there again.

The pool was nice for families. The room was clean but needed to be updated. The front desk staff was nice. Breakfast was typical hotel food. We would stay again if needed in the future.

We didn't get an updated room. They are in the process of remodeling rooms. Ours had carpet that was old, stained, and the room smelled musty. They have feather pillows also, so if someone is allergic, I would let them know. The hotel is older and does need some updates like fresh paint, take carpet out, curtains, etc. They only have 2 elevators in the middle for the entire 7 floor building, so you constantly had to wait for the elevator or walk to the end of the floor to walk down 5 flight of stairs. Overall, it was all we needed, and we enjoyed our stay.

Staff were very nice and professional. Rooms were clean, good breakfast. This was a great hotel for the price and all my negatives I guess are part of spring break week?

One reason we chose was Waterpark and it wasn't open. Inside pool was way too many people. Arcade had broken token machine and broken games. They run your card for incidentals but then you aren't allowed to charge anything to room. Tub drain was broke and I had to place a razor handle to keep the plug open. Neighbors smoking so much pot I think I got high in hallway. Parking lot was full and people had to park in crazy areas

Location was great! We stayed at the Hotel, not the Inn. We really enjoyed our times in the pool. It was never crowded and my kids were able to enjoy the slide as much as they wanted. The hotel is very clean and the staff was great. We loved the seating areas at the back of the hotel that overlooked the Little Pigeon River. We arrived around 3:15 but check in is not till 4. While in the parking lot, I called the number provided in the confirmation email to ask if our room was ready for early check in. Luck for us, everything was ready and we were able to go right in. We plan to stay here again for future trips!

Overall, everything was great! The only thing I can think of is the indoor pool water was pretty cool so we never used it. However, we enjoyed the outdoor pool multiple times!

The breakfast was quite the spread although we aren’t breakfast eaters. There was biscuits and gravy, sausage and scrambled eggs, muffins, yogurt, make your own waffles. It stayed pretty busy in the breakfast room. The rooms are nice size-we stayed in a double queen with a balcony. Everything seemed pretty clean-even the balcony corners were free of bugs, debris, etc. The pool area is big and surprisingly wasn’t as busy as we expected for the 2nd week of July. The lazy river is very warm and relaxing. The pool itself was a little cold for me but the rest of my family enjoyed it daily. There is also an indoor pool and hot tub. There are plenty of pool towels so you will not need to bring your own. There is a snack bar at the pool that has limited hours of 11-6 Tuesdays through Saturdays. They have hotdogs and chips. All in all it’s a good place to stay, however, there are much cheaper options available.

There most definitely are not enough floating tubes for the lazy river. There seriously are only like 6 or 7. The water slide was down the whole week we were there getting fixed. It did open our last day there and my grandsons (5&8) really enjoyed it. The exercise room NEEDS UPDATED FOR SURE. One treadmill belt slows every 5or6 steps which could be dangerous if you’re not paying attention. The exercise equipment is one standing unit from like the 80s. It’s belts are worn and hard to push. I ended up with a huge bruise on the back of my thigh. I really would hope the property would update this area or close it down and not advertise a workout room. I really just wanted to stay on routine and was excited they had a workout area. But , in my opinion, it is not worth the risk of injury.

Location was excellent! Very close to everything. You could even walk to a few places if you wanted. Hotel was very clean and the pools were great. It was very peaceful and wonderful place for couples and families.

Breakfast was the exact same. There was plenty to choose from but would have been nice if they changed the meat selection instead of just sausage patties. Maybe links and bacon added to the rotation? Front desk staff wasn’t all that great. Don’t get me wrong they were polite but not very welcoming. Upon check in we had no idea where anything was or times and were not informed. We just kind of winged it and when I did ask how to get to the pool the associate up front looked at me like I was kind of stupid. That upset me a little but not enough to deter me from coming again. Besides front desk everyone else was great! Housekeeping was friendly and the lady filling breakfast was wonderful! She engaged with the guests and made sure everything was full and clean

5th floor (Inn) view was nice overlooking the water park and Mountains from the private balcony, However, I'd book a river facing room next time.at the hotel which was across the street from the Inn . Breakfast was great. Lobby area was very beautiful with a huge fireplace.

Check in wasn't very smooth. Room was not ready at 4. Checked back in 20 minutes with other employee. He told me it still wasn't ready but he said not a problem, he switched us to a room that was ready. Price was too high since outdoor water park was not usable due to cold spring weather and pool was not filled. Guests staying at the hotel were coming over to use the indoor pool at the Inn. Pool was too loud and busy for us to use.

We really enjoyed the property. We had a Riverview room and used the balcony daily to relax and enjoy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The bathroom had double sinks and a clothesline that we’re both a plus for us.

There was a storm that went through the week before we arrived and damaged the roof on one building. It created a lot of shuffling for the staff to accomplish repairs. We thought they did a good job to correct as many items as they could. We would make a point to book here again.

We enjoyed the convenient location and the pool area. The indoor pool goes from 3-5 ft. The outdoor area has an 8ft spot. The slide is in the 3ft area so the kids can really enjoy it. The breakfast is basic but convenient and saves so much time. The beds in our room were fairly comfortable and they offered 4 pillows per bed. Maintenance was the most friendly employee we met.

Like many hotels during the busy season, the rooms could have used a good deep clean. The carpets needed a good shampoo and the bathroom shower had areas of mold in the grouting. The AC in our room was directly beside the bed and blew in our faces all night. We ended up using the chair to try to block it. The staff were not very friendly and if you ask for an extra blanket or towels at check in you will probably be told no. We were told they don’t do that, and if we needed our towels changed but did not want housekeeping, we could bring them down.

Room was spacious and very clean. One bed was comfy the other bed not so much. We had a nice view of the river from our balcony where we could enjoy watching the ducks, geese, and squirrels during breakfast. Breakfast was buffet style gravy biscuits, sausage, eggs, and waffles. The kids really enjoyed the pool with the exception of the waterslide. It could have come out in deeper water than 3 ft.

Check-in was frustrating. The wait to check-in was about 30 minutes before the front desk even acknowledged me while the front desk was on the phone. She didn't seem to have any help and I'm sure was doing the best she could. I wasn't impressed when we got to the pool. The waterslide comes out in the 3ft water, my 12 year scraped her knee on the bottom of the pool the first and only time she went down it. The lazy river was very narrow and not long at all. The indoor pool was small as well. In the pictures, the pools all look decent sized, but for the amount of people in there, it was way too small.
