The location was perfect for our time in Dallas. The little market area in the lobby was super convenient for grabbing some snacks. The parking garage was located right next door to the hotel. Even though the hotel is across the street from the hospital, it wasn't too loud at night. There was a billing discrepancy at check out that the Front Desk wasn't able to immediately handle so I left my information for the manager and it was handled within 48 hours of my check out.

The building fire alarm went off for a brief time two of the three mornings we were there. Not sure why but it didn't last for too long.

I really liked this hotel overall. Rooms are spacious and clean. Location was good for what I needed and parking garage was fine, though a little pricey. Breakfast was fine, though we found some local places we liked better.

It took several weeks to clear up a billing issue where I was charged more than the Booking.Com price. This did eventually get corrected.

The room was very nice, the amenities were as portrayed and expected. The rooftop (2nd floor) pool was quite nice as we had a swim after it got dark and we could see a lot of the Dallas skyline and lights.

The staff member who checked us in was a lil rude. He kept complaining about the phone ringing, stating he wished they would quit calling and that it was the same person. That made me a lil unsure about calling down when I had a question later in the evening as I didn't want him complaining to someone else at the desk about my call. Also, I was not made aware ahead of time of the $75 incidental charge at the time of booking, which should be included in the information.

Room size was great, loved the modern functionality of everything. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable.

The location it's self is horrible, it was so noisy majority of the night. Having to pay for parking when I've already paid for the room is ridiculous. Price of parking should be included in the stay. Had I known I would be charged additional for parking I would have found a different hotel to stay at.

The location was perfect for the event I was attending. I thought the room was very nice and spacious. A suite. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy it more. The kitchen was amazing. That staff were friendly . I enjoyed the pool and breakfast.

The parking was in the garage and that was fine but the elevator was broken and any time I needed to get to my car it was a long walk up a steep ramp and it was very hot. I’m a senior and it was hard. I called about an early check in , 2pm instead of 3pm and was told ok. But upon arrival at 230pm, was told early check in not allowed. Some miscommunication.

Checking in is very smooth and simple, the breakfast is tasty and the coffee is delicious

This is our 3rd or 4th stay at Home2Suites over the past couple of years, and for the first time, they asked me at check in if we were parking in the garage. They provided an in/out pass, but didn't specify that the pass was $19/day instead of $5 per trip in and out.

The hotel was very clean! a lot of other hotels I was reading about had bug issues but this one was nice and clean!! the location is great and there was free breakfast which was really good (waffles, oatmeal, bagels, etc). The room is very spacious and love the kitchen portion of it.

It wasn’t a huge issue but you have to park next to the hotel in the parking garage.

The beds are comfortable and the shower is nice and big.

Breakfast could be better by the staff staying on top of making sure not to run out of food. We had to wait almost 10 minutes for the hot food to be refilled and then it was only partially filled. They need 2 cases instead of 1 to hold the hot food choices. Tables needed cleaning in between customers. Maybe have cleaning wipes available to wipe down ourselves.

I didn’t get to spend much time here due to issues with travel and it was only a one night stay. I was able to check in at 3am, the staff was super friendly, bed was very comfortable and sheets soft! breakfast was good for being a hotel breakfast, and even though I couldn’t use them due to travel issues the room had a little mini kitchen.

We stayed her for the Texax / Oklahoma game. It was close enough to walk to the Texas State Fairgrounds and the cotton bowl. The hotel got into the spirit with team decorations and the staff was great. As with other Home2 places, they did have food and we grabbed a local beer from their store to enjoy one night. Very convenient.

Only one thing I can think of . . they didn't have water at the breakfast bar.
