Sheraton Dallas Hotel

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The view, the food, the spacious suite. The customer service was outstanding. The pricing was cheaper than I thought it would be which is always great. The furniture inside the room was outstanding and the bathroom was outstanding as well.

There are no dislikes

We were there for the Margarita Ball. First time to stay at your hotel. We found it very clean and the staff was certainly very friendly given the fact that thousands of people were coming in. We heard some very rude people toward your staff which from what we could see was this couples problem and not your staff but they were trying to be very professional. We have already made plans to return next year.

In the south tower the elevators were slow, however again, I know that there were a lot of people there attending the Ball.

The beds were amazing! the space was clean, stylish, and comfy. The bathroom was very nice and I liked the sink was separate so one of us could get ready while the other was taking a shower or going to the bathroom.

The parking was a bit confusing with the garage. It was hard to remember what floor you parked on. There were not clear signs to tell you. Thankfully the actual spots had numbers.

Our King room was really nice, we had a city view and a large bathroom. It was really clean and comfortable as well! The on-site coffee and food shop was super nice and convenient. The nightly parking rate was reasonable for the location and the room service was also excellent.

None, parking was a little difficult at first even with the designated Sheraton garages. Otherwise, no complaints.

hotel was clean room was clean staff were friendly. there was a conference on at the time so the foyer and lifts stunk as there was no air getting in from constant people. free laundry which was a nice touch! definitely recommend.

The hotel was in a good location and there was easy access to other eateries. The lobby and the check-in was nice.

The hotel was nice but the room had a lot of issues that I wasn’t expecting. There was no seal on the door to show that the room was sanitized. Additionally, the toilet seat top was broken and the toilet seat wasn’t secure. I also put how many people were coming and staying in the room and they still didn’t provide enough towels.

Bellman Charles was so helpful in getting me around town, as I walked everywhere.

Poor access to food and shopping. Because the area is less safe by late afternoon, I was advised by different people to avoid going out walking. A week without access to fresh fruits and vegetables was uncomfortable.

Rooms were clean and big, hotel has some facilities to get coffee and groceries within.

Building in general is a bit outdated, was expecting more for the price charged. There is not much to do near the hotel, especially during the weekend. No places nearby to buy food.

STAFF, The absolute best we've had in years! View, spectcular. Location, walking distance to venue. Bed, very comfortable.

Ice machine and vending did not work at all floor 26. Room was a little dated, no microwave for late night Zizikis. Another blanket in the closet would have been nice. My lovely wife has a Canadian thermostat, mine is Texas plains.

great location, well appointed for an older hotel

signage to the gym and pool from the north tower, sign says 4th floor, no mention you need to go to the central tower. The pool area and gym are in need of upgrading.
