Also everything at the property was wonderful! Marcus & Divine we’re exceptionally wonderful individuals at the hotel.

Thé only complaint I have was with one woman bartender at the pool area that clearly did not want to serve us & only seemed content to serve people who were not black. She closed the bar on the rooftop so she wouldn’t have to serve us.

The location was perfect for the event we were attending. The venue was right next-door.

Convenience came with a price it was a little more expensive. The staff was friendly. However, it’s kind of frustrating when you just need ice and you have to request it. They do not have any particular place you can go get the ice and after three phone calls we went to find the ice on our own, I live in hotels and I understand however, an ice machine is a simple request that would be nice to have access to. Otherwise it was an awesome location by other restaurants that were easily accessible.

The property and rooms were beautiful and very modern. Updated fixtures and a comfortable bed. Loved the touch button shade opener/closer. Staff was quick to respond to requests for ice and utensils and were very friendly. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming.

The only issues I had were that the TV did not work, but I did not bring the issue to staff’s attention because my trip was so quick that it didn’t really matter.

The hotel is the perfect format for a large art installation. The service is impeccable. The designer cocktails are yummy. Divine, Mr Moore, Dave and Anthony are the names that I was told succinctly but the entire team was impeccable no one stepped away and said it's not my job so BRAVO to the team from the valet to housekeeping who for the first time in my life I felt like they would take care of my car and I wasn't worried and that my room would be cleaned and they wouldn't steal my stuff. It was the perfect place to decompress. The women at the hotel were incredible non-judgmental and encouraging. Best place ever!!

Beautifully curated hotel - gorgeous art everywhere - attention to detail was off the charts. High quality accommodations from the bed; bedding; bathroom and accessories, it was incredible! Beautiful bar area ; Fitness center was off the charts.

I thought the pool was pretty small for the size of the hotel and not really swimmable. More of a stand up and drink pool - which is what we observed.

This was a gift and I had even called a second time to make sure the room was laid for so my daughter didn’t have to worry on her anniversary. Spoke with Scott. Sure enough my daughter was charged with the room bill. Embarrassing especially when I’d called a second time to make sure. Also macaroons NEVER showed up as promised.

I believe the employee that checked us in name was Eric. Young African American Male. He was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. This is a nice clean environment. We wasn't greeted by the employees at the door but the young man I mentioned earlier eased our minds as we checked in. We didn't choose valet parking so we paid $15 to park across the street in the Arts lot available to the public. The rooms were nice and clean but no room service due to covid. The pool was enjoyable because of the scenery but it's really small compared to the online promotion. The breakfast is included in our stay I'm assuming haven't seen a charge as of yet. It wasn't many food options and the taste is different but fulfilling. We do travel a lot if you visit our Google page " Chris and Ty Cox Slots " go see our travel vs on booking because we don't use booking.com as much. I will place this hotel in our top 10 mainly because of the employee making us feel welcomed

I was charged for breakfast a total of $59.54 and I added a $10 cash tip. I was told by waiter to add room number which I did. Also before going to breakfast I asked the front desk as a part of my reservations with bookin.com breakfast is included where do we go for breakfast? She said " upstairs at Ellies's " so that's were we went. March 30th I see a charge for $59.54 which was for the breakfast. I tried to contact a hotel employee but customer service is horrible.

Beautiful property, comfortable beds and pillows, double sinks was a huge bonus and the location was excellent. I cannot say enough great things about the staff! Everyone we interacted with was outstanding! Staff can make or break the experience and they definitely made ours the best!

The hotel is beautiful! There’s art everywhere and had such a clean atmosphere. The room was spacious and super clean. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE! Ugh. It’s proximity to the Symphony hall made me look at it but I booked it because of the pictures and wow am I glad I did. I will be back here anytime I am in Dallas.

We absolutely loved the location, the proximity to the opera house and all of the art displays. The view from the room was gorgeous and the view from the pool on the roof was extraordinary!

I was hoping for more availability of food options and prices. Our family came out to see a show and to stay nearby overnight, not to splurge on fancy dining that left us hungry.
