The breakfast was good and apetizing. A good selection of food, Maybe it was missing bakedbeans because we're used to English breakfast. However we really recommend this place.

The food at the lobby was not as expected, For example, we took a burger and some other small bites, and we found out that the burger wasn't served with potato fries (the normal french fries), and one of the bar tender was in a bit of a hassle when he served us and while we were paying. The hotel should offer free parking, or at least a discount on parking if the visitor decides to park in one of the nearby parkings (the one at the back of the block for example). Valet parking is about 45 dollars, and compared to the money we paid to stay at the hotel, parking charge is etremly high.

I thought the breakfast was totally adequate. Other thoughts: In Question !, under Who did you travel with, you said to check all that applied, yet when I tried to check more than one answer, you undid my previous answer. I loved that I was upgraded to a room with a separate bedroom. Loved it!!! I liked that I could turn on all the lights that I wanted, just by turning off the master switch at the door. I loved the ice cube maker in the fridge.

See my comment (above) about my answer to question 1. It wasn't clear whether the coffee in the room would have been charged extra, so I didn't make any coffee. If it had been clear that the coffee was gratis, that would have been nice. One afternoon a security guard at the door, first told me I didn't belong there, then later when I tried coming in again, followed me into the elevator to the Resident Inn's reception area (2nd floor). He kept questioning that I should be there at all. It was scary and rude. If the staff hadn't been so nice and understanding of my negative feelings, I would have made sure that I not use your hotel again. However, the staff WAS very nice about it, so I will probably use your hotel again.

The suite was comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was absolutely awesome. Everyone working was so nice and helpful, I commend your crew.

It is not clear anywhere advertised, that there is no free parking. The valet parking is listed as available at a cost. However, we had to go behind the building, pay a expensive parking lot fee that took our spending money( the parking lot was SHADY), then we had to walk and carry our bags 1 block in 108° weather. We are over 50, this was a horrible part of the experience.

The front desk service is very poor , as if we were in college Absolutely unprofessional and too young and don't know how to answer a question professionally Laughing and joking like someone forced them to work out there My God how does a hotel with high credentials have such poor untrained un professionals running their business I take the front desk very seriously I saw 3 of their employees out of 4 and rated them. Based on it which may have included the manager Take care of this And you are good with the hotel property its amazing its got a great value for money great facilities and great location everything in walking distance

I loved the location and the ease of using the elevators to get to our room. There is a Starbucks very close to the hotel so that was very nice to use in the morning. The rooms were beautiful and spacious. We loved using the kitchen. The breakfast area was large and had alot of food opitions.

The elevator can become very crowded on the weekends. The Parking is so expensive at this hotel, but the staff were very kind and got our car very quickly.

What a beautiful hotel in a prime location! Walk to "The Exchange" two blocks away for dinner and a downtown experience. The hotel pool was heated and indoors. The rooms were very large....we could have stayed a week. We will definitely book again.

The parking and valet are a hassle. This hotel is on Commerce Street, which is very busy. So, it is difficult to check in and out. We chose to park the car for the weekend and just walk to dinner.

Great staff - Aleksandar helped us with adjusting our reservation and how to get around Dallas. The room was much bigger than it looks in the photos. Gym is well equipped and has a lot of space - There were at least 8 more persons and I didn't even notice them. Breakfast was very good as well. The location is just in the middle of the downtown and valet service was quick.

Breakfast was pretty good although my kids were grossed out by the wetness and texture of the scrambled eggs.

The toilet became clogged in our room the first 12 hours we were in the room and it took 2 calls for maintenance to come out and take care of it. Did not realize there was no on-site parking and $41/day for valet is steep. We parked a block away for $20/day.

breakfast ended at 9am LITERALLY! They locked doors to food room while people were in the room and had us exit through kitchen! we had gone back into the room to get butter and a fork - plates full of food & beverages sitting on table - and they CLEARED our table off completely! crazy. Food was okay - not hot enough.

The property was upscale and clean. It also had fast Internet. Breakfast was served daily. It was tasty. There was plenty of seating in the eating area with windows for a nice view. The the bacon was crispy. Soft music was always playing in the common areas throughout the hotel. It sounded like nice jazz. The staff was friendly, especially Aleta on the second floor.
