I am very picky about the cleanliness of a hotel room and our room was spotless. Housekeepers do a fantastic job. Beds were comfy, staff friendly. This hotel was absolutely beautiful!

We stayed overnight for my daughter’s dance convention at the Marriott Event Center. It was a really cool place with several places to eat, but we were really bummed out that all of the eating places were closed on the Sunday of her convention. We ended up having to order door dash because the only place to eat that was open was the hotel restaurant and they didn’t seem to have kid friendly food.

Beautiful hotel. Easy to walk to concert we were attending

No coffee cups. No conditioner in shower. Only 2 towels, there were 3 of us. I have been charged 3 times on my credit card for the room. When I made my reservation the price was supposedly to be $275.47. When we checked in we were told there were extra charges but if we didn’t use them we would be refunded. I now have 3 charges on my credit card of $324.85 each. I will be calling on Monday about this.

Balcony facing atrium and not city view. Price. And no ATM in lobby. Felt isolated and not 100% safe at ATM machine. Need more breakfast options

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Everything was perfect. The staff were great, quick, friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us - walking distance to the museums and historical district. The rooms were absolutely perfect and comfortable. Breakfast was marvelous - wonderful fresh omelettes, fruit and more !

No hotels charge for WiFi anymore? Wrong. This hotel charges $14.95 per day for WiFi. Shame! Valet parking - $30.

The location was great. Downside there was no hotel parking unless you used the valet. They did have a parking garage, but that also costed money. The hotel itself was amazing, the room was great, and the amenities where awesome! I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

The location was the main purpose of getting this hotel. A bonus was how near many attractions were to the hotel, many a walking distance. Staff was very friendly.

Nothing I can remember.

It's a clean, well-run hotel right on the edge of downtown, the Arts District, and Deep Ellum. They pour strong drinks and big pours of wine...perfect for the business traveler. Everyone is friendly and there really isn't anything more I could ask for.

Nothing. There really aren't any faults with this hotel, particularly for the price. I can't think of anything I would change.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The location was great. We were looking for somewhere in the middle of downtown Dallas and it was definitely that. I also loved that downstairs there was a restaurant and bar that stayed open pretty late. The food was better than expected.

I still don’t know why but we were overcharged over $100. That was definitely a big down falls. By no means am I saying that the employees were unprofessional or rude because they definitely were not. They were very friendly. I just wish that someone would’ve explain to us where to go or how to get to our room because the place is so big it took us almost 30 minutes to figure out how to get to where we were going. The only other thing I can say that I didn’t like about our stay was the prices downstairs for drinks and snacks. We got three cold drinks in two pieces of candy and it cost over $25.

I really liked the fact that no one could get on the elevator without a key!! Made me feel safe!! They have a food court, starbucks & other good things as well! It was clean , quiet , & most importantly COMFORTABLE!! Room service was great as well , they came right on up whenever needed. We did valet parking which was $30 each night (that wasnt bad)! The valet workers were nice & polite!! Dallas marriott is the best , we will be back.

I didnt like that if we didnt do valet we would have to pay $18 everytime we left the hotel.
