Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas Downtown

Perfect downtown location, very clean room, the higher floor gave us a beautiful view, awesome, jolly staff.

Valet service could be better, breakfast wasnt an experience that it was advertised, not too many choices.

Excellent restaurants and attractions are in walking distance Starbucks next door There’s a train from the airports to Downtown Dallas you do have to catch the shuttle to the A Terminal at DFW then a short walk to train it’s cheaper than Uber & Taxi but it does take time because of the stops.

Cleaning personnel vacuuming at 7:30/8:00 at night maybe someone had an accident, Street Construction is loud you will be awaken. I was on the 9th floor maybe a room higher up it wouldn’t have been as loud

I like how clean the property was and the breakfast was great!

The bed was very uncomfortable and very noisy if you shifted while sleeping. I could not get comfortable.

I loved the staff and the room. Its a great place to stay. The parking is confusing and sometimes stressful but other than that the place was great.

It took them a really long time to process my refund on my deposit.Then I had to call and fight with them over it which was really frustrating. I still haven't gotten it back as a matter of fact and I stayed there in april.

really easy to find, in the center, clean and spacious, super nice people working there.

I was in the room that was supposed to be accessible with wheelchair access and shower and bathroom assistance mounted but some things weren't really thought through. e.g. shampoo bottles mounted to high to reach of a wheelchair user actually made it into the bathtub. the shower head leaked and couldn't be fastened etc. would be good to check that again and make sure it's useful and accessible. one last thing - I really do not like that the breakfast is single use plastic all around.

The fact that I had to pay a security deposit that isn’t refunded same day of my checkout.

My room was awesome we had a good view of the city and the shower is the best ive seen in a motel/hotel thus far on all the stays i booked.

The front desk is horrible as well as customer service trying to call up there. The only good customer service person was the black girl with long braids the rest make you not even wanna book with this hotel. I called to the front desk on 4/23 told the white girl that the blow dryer in my room didnt work and to send up tissue and towels. She told me someone would be right up but yet i never got neither. When i book this trip and sent a message to the property they ignored my request unlike Houston Texas they responded back with no problem.

The free breakfast, the security (elevator didn't work without scanning your room key) the pool, proximity to eating places, Starbucks on the premises

The $50 damage fee holding charge was PER DAY and this wasn't indicated on the confirmation email from Booking.com, couldn't apply my AARP Hilton discount because I booked through Booking.com, bathroom could use a regular size towel rack

Location was great! The front desk staff was great! Lots of food and drink items available at pantry. Housekeeping staff was amazing! It was also nice to enjoy valet at the front door. I also appreciate the hotel was pet friendly, but it did not have a pet smell to it.

I could only take a 10 minute shower then the water become freezing cold and it was what I was looking forward too. The rain shower head was one of the main REASONS I booked!
