Clean modern hotel. Big room. Very comfortable beds Lovely pool area. Excellent restaurant- food was absolutely delicious. Good location-walking distance to centre.

Leaving! Being really picky, my impression of Staff is that they were competent but not particularly friendly. I was a bit irked to be asked to move table in restaurant by waitress who said table was booked, when in fact said table remained unused for the duration of my time in the restaurant which was shortly after dinner service ended. Owing to close proximity of the hotel to a live music club, it is VERY noisy at night. Bar closes at 10pm or at least I think that is what the bar person said-I couldn’t quite believe my ears. No coffee until 7am and coffee in restaurant isn’t great. All in all though these minor issues would not put me off from staying at this lovely hotel again.

Good location, valet staff was amazing and very helpful. Clean and comfortable room. Pool area was great during the day and at night was perfect for after dinner lounge. Restaurants at Kimpton are always good. Good and simple options. Very good and spacious gym.

Key card didn't work in the elevator. We ordered room service and got our food from the hotel restaurant in boxes and plastic cups. I had to ask for actual plates and mugs. Strongly feel like its pretty bad for a a classy hotel to box food like that. We want to see it served on plates. Overpriced parking on site. Windows don't even crack-open in rooms.

The bed was amazing, very soft and comfortable for my bad back. The shampoo and conditioner was fantastic, water pressure nearly too much. The rooms are large, and bathroom spacious. The staff was super helpful and tried to take care of everything that was lacking, they are stellar.

There is no coffee in the room, which is really odd for such a lux hotel. The staff did however, bring me a coffeemaker; with work travel and jet lag, it's important to have coffee before 7, when the breakfast starts. It's not set up as a work hotel, there is no good place to have meetings as the lobby is rather noisy. The table in the room is ok for working, but just ok.

The hotel, design, and extremely cleanliness of the facilities.

The location was OK, there is uber HQ, but goijg the other dirextions mostly clubs. The valet price $52 is outrageous. Sign actually says $50 but somehow ended up $52 plus 4.80 tax. I've stayed at better hotels for $250 a night. A bit too expensive, but definitely, the hotel is really nice itself and the staff is great. Definitely clean and comfortable bed.

There was a storm and our electricity at home was knocked out. Danny was so friendly and helpful and was able to get us checked in so quickly and efficiently at 4am. Miguel valet our car and he brought up our luggage and unloaded it swiftly. Sébastion and Patrick were very helpful with our check as our electricity was reconnected a lot sooner than anticipated we checked out 8 hours after checking in. We will definitely be back for pleasure in the near future.

The staff were exceptional in making us feel at home and comfortable. The pet friendly atmosphere was fabulous.

The wait staff at the restaurant was freaking awesome!! I got to know them by name on my first night and was on a first-name basis until my departure. I came here for my birthday weekend and I was impressed with everything. The spa tub room was the highlight of my trip. I probably used that tub a thousand times over the three-day weekend.

Absolutely only thing we would somewhat say was a negative was the bedding. The best did not have a fitted sheet on it. It just had An untucked flat sheet on top of the mattress. And then for the comforter. There was a down comforter but there was a flat sheet on top of it and under it to almost try to look Like a duvet. So it just seemed kinda tacky and cheap compared to the rest of the hotel and experience!! Other than that it was amazing!

Such a great property. Very modern with an upscale vibe. Great location with several bars & restaurants within walking distance! We only stayed 1 night for a local concert, but would love to come back for a weekend to take advantage of the pool & everything else the hotel had to offer.

The mattress & pillows weren’t the most comfortable things I’ve ever slept on, but it definitely wouldn’t deter me from staying here again.

The location and property were both extremely nice. The water pressure of the shower was the best I've experienced.

It's quite pricey. 10+ of my colleagues stayed there over the same stretch. I think we use this hotel frequently. Hope we get a better price. How about $199/night?
