Larry our Bell Captain was eager to help us every time we came in or out of the hotel. Dora was just as helpful. All staff were helpful and courteous. Bed was very comfy and the shower was above and beyond!

When you get to the Hotel we weren't sure how to access the property so we found a lot and called to ask the front desk. You guys could explain this better and if you did somewhere on your website we missed it. Usually people see like an awning extending out and just know that you pull up right there and Valet takes over.

The room was nice and cozy. Well kept. The food was amazing. Customer service was superb.

The alarm clock in the room displayed the wrong time. The shower faucets didn't turn off completely. There was some kind of noise from the bathroom that started in the middle of the night like an electronic chirp or water stoppage or something. Not sure what it was.

Great location. Easy and cheap parking across the street. Front desk was very kind on check in.

There was light coming in all around the door because the hinges were slightly off, so when the lights were off, the room was still very bright. Traffic noise was extremely loud, lots of street racing going on.

It was disappointing to not have the restaurant and bar open on a Saturday night. I felt there was a lack of city hotel life. Hustle and bustle of people coming and going! I hardly ever get to enjoy a hotel stay especially without kids and was looking forward to having a cocktail at the bar before we head out for the evening. But the lady at the desk was nice and upgraded our room to a queen suite at least.

I like the location of the hotel because it was in the heart of the city.

To get to the hotel you have to do a u-turn just to be able to pull up to valet. An out of towner would be kind of confused trying to pull up. After we checked in, we got sent to a room that someone was already occupying twice, we had to get sent to another floor.

We were very happy with our 1 bedroom suite. It was very large and comfy and literally across the street from The Majestic Theater. We enjoyed our complimentary breakfast both mornings as well. We appreciated the shuttle that dropped us off and picked us up at a restaurant in the West End. The staff were all very friendly, especially our bartenders and Matthew our Valet and shuttle driver. We live in a suburb of Dallas and will definitely be back soon for another stay at the Indigo.

Clean, comfortable; 2 blocks from venue.

Pricey - because they could be. That said, I took a chance and kept my eye on it until the day before, figuring they’d (or Booking.com) would lower the price a little in an effort to book empty rooms. I did save a couple hundred bucks+ on 2 nights.

Clean, quiet, well lit and AC was in fantastic working order. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, had plenty of answers or if they didn't know something, helped point us in the right direction. Location wasn't the most ideal, end of the DT area, but there was a park right across the street which was convenient with the pup. Plus close parking (paid for) across the way.

Location could have been a little more centralized, but they made it work. Paid parking was a little odd, the site said valet but we didn't see where to do this, so we went to the paid lot, but it didn't have in-out so we had to pay each time we left.

The hotel had a gorgeous decor and the rooms were very clean and beautiful, the beds comfortable. The hotel is located a walkable distance from the main attractions in downtown. Super friendly staff.

The breakfast was meh, not completely bad but not great. The walls are thin, and my neighbors came like at 4am talking very loudly.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We was allowed to check in before check in time. The lobby was very clean and decorated beautifully. Our room didn't have what is shown on the website (Love seat instead of a sectional) but the suite was very nice. The bed... oh my goodness... too comfortable. I was able to sleep like I was at home. The TV should be a little bigger since the sit so far from the bed and sofa. Overall my stay was great. The location was awesome.

The TV's are too small (32in) The toilet sits too low to the floor.
