Hotel Crescent Court

First off we were greeted with heartfelt genuine “Hello’s”, then our luggage was taken to the room and unpacked for us. It was the most gorgeous room and very clean, the air conditioner didn’t work properly, so the first night was a tad uncomfortable but they got it fixed. The food was fantastic, the whole mood/ service was impeccable. The toilet out o no where would not quit running so every time we flushed we had to pick the back lid up and set it back down so the water would quit running. It was all around a fantastic stay, if you could remove the air conditioner/ toilet issues I would of definitely given it a 10 star rating.

Air conditioner broke on first night, which resulted in a clammy first night sleep, second night toilet would not quit running unless you picked back lid up and set it back down after you flushed it.

Everything was 5 star service from the moment I pulled up! It began with Ray helping me valet park my car, I was assisted with my bags I originally only had the 4th of July booked but I enjoyed my stay so much I had to stay another night. Angel and Tricia made the stay even better by helping with some arrangements for a surprise. Every time I entered I was greeted and also when I was living. Bj even looked up some great local restaurants for us…to be honest everyone listed made my stay feel like I never left home. Nothing was bad.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, valet and checks in staff are quick and super helpful. Jim checked us in and gave us info on where to get brunch and other tips. We requested an early check in and got it, which was fantastic as our daughter wasn’t feeling well and needed to lie down. She felt much better after a short rest and we were able to continue with our plans that afternoon and evening.

Toilet was not working properly and whenever flushed, the toilet ran afterwards requiring my husband to jiggle handle to stop it. Safe was broken so we had to take all valuables with us. That was most annoying because it’s not wise to leave laptop or any other valuable in the room unless it’s in the safe. Walls are paper thin so hard to get a good night’s sleep due to noise like tv, talking & door slamming from adjoining rooms.

Beautiful lobby and amenities. The rooms are spacious and clean and comfortable.

we would not order room service again, unless it came from Nobu. The breakfast we ordered and the other dinner items we ordered were all fairly warm and disappointing.

The Hotel Crescent Court is always top notch! From the valet to the front desk employees, the people are always so professional and welcoming. During our most recent stay our room was not ready on time, so Tim, at the front desk gave us 2 complimentary drinks at the bar and stored our luggage. We only waited for 5 extra minutes for our room, but the quality of service is always five stars, regardless. The location is central to everything you’d need in uptown, plus even walkable to nearby restaurants in crescent court. The rooms are so quiet and comfortable and I don’t think I’ll ever stay anywhere else in Dallas.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The staff is warm, friendly and accommodating! The high tea was exceptional and the spa was world class. I would highly recommend Hotel Crescent Court!

I wish room service served past 11pm for us night owls, but not a deterrent at all!

It wasn't nothing that I didn't like about the place they can use a little bit more of the day in certain places but other than that I see the places remodeling

The place was very nice very quiet the staff was very on point I couldn't see a thing wrong with the room and the one night stay that we had

The room that was next to us, had people partying which was very loud, late at night and annoying. We had to call the the concierge to have them quiet down. It took some time but was remedied. We have stayed there in the past and never had a problem. It could happen anywhere. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience.

it’s location cannot be matched, walking around the area you can find so many restaurants and lovely views, the rooms are really comfortable and the service was great.
