This hotel was fantastic! The room was much bigger than I anticipated and had a full size refrigerator, stove and microwave. I got a lot for what I paid! The staff was really friendly and the area was nice. There are a couple of nice restaurants just around the block that I could walk to. The cleaning service did a wonderful job, too!

In the middle of the night, about 3 am both nights, there were some very loud guests gathering and yelling/laughing outside of my room in the hallway. I don't hold this against the hotel, but it was the only bad part of my stay.

Great location Uptown/ big clean room with kitchenette, garage parking right on our floor ($20)/friendly staff - very positive Waffle Lady at breakfast makes one feel great.

Shower in Room 336 didn’t work well - the shower lever on faucet would only go up half way meaning half of water was running full force out of faucet on my feet and much less was running on my head out of the shower head. Faucet looked like it had been repaired recently - not well enough; reception pantry shop had no plantbased foods :( - breakfast had very little; maybe some beans, tofu, seitan or Beyond Meat Sausages?

The staff were all very friendly, respectful, and kind!! The breakfast buffet was pretty standard to any hotel breakfast but I loved how they has different types of milk available, including Almond milk! The parking garage was convenient, allowing us to come and go as we pleased. I didn't mind paying for parking! The bed and pillows were actually comfortable to where I was able to sleep the whole night, which is rare when staying at a hotel. The location was spot on to where we wanted to be. A lot of restaurants, shopping, and activities were in a 10 minute walk and the rest were within a 10-30 minute drive! If you are looking to stay some where close to American Airlines Arena, this is it! It was an easy, short 10 minute walk and saved us $30 in parking!!

I don't really have anything to complain about.... maybe an indoor pool/hot tub 🤷‍♀️

The hot breakfast, roomy space of the room, plus big bathroom. Quiet at night, House keeping was great! Staff at front desk very nice and friendly, Bartender was very nice also.

Couldn't take a bath, rubber on tub drain missing most of it, so couldn't soak. Lights across street very bright and they had shear shades instead of curtains. Had sleep mask so that helped.

The staff were super helpful. The room was a great size and such a big kitchen area, I wish we had realised and we would have been better prepared. The beds were really comfortable . Breakfast was lovely, a great choice.

The windows in the room allowed a lot of noise in as they are very old. The pool did not look appealing at all which was a shame as we had planned on using it.

It was clean and maintained. It was located where I needed it to be. It was an excellent value for the neighborhood. The breakfast was good. There was no valet required. They have a parking garage with parking on your room floor.

Our room was on the Harry Hines side of the building so there was a lot of traffic noise. If I stayed there again I would request a room on the back side of the hotel.

The location of this hotel is excellent, the price is very reasonable, and the staff is friendly. I liked the spacious room and cleanness. Having a check-out time at noon was beneficial.

Breakfast was okay, but it could serve better options and be more organized. Seeing all the breakfast options took me a while because of how everything was arranged.

location near American Airljnes centre was great - easy walk into Dallas also - rooms were large and comfortable with full kitchen and even a walk in closet! Parking on site also and free if you stayed more than a few nights. Breakfast was included which was also helpful

great location, great staff, very friendly.

the only thing I didn’t like was the Outside Noise. on the side of the main road, we staid on the first floor and we literally heard every car driving/speeding off. The sirens of the ambulances were non stop all night but other than that it was great.

It was comfortable and quiet.

For it to be a Hyatt expected a little more. I feel it needs to be remodeled. Not maintained or as nice as other Hyatts I’ve stayed at. Didn’t have time to get in the pool but from upstairs it looked dirty!!
