We arrived to the property several hours early. We thought we'd only be able to drop the car off for parking and then would have to go back later to check in but the clerk checked us in early and we were unpacking just a few minutes after noon. He was friendly and so happy to help us! The room was so roomy and very comfortable! The beds and linens were top notch! I'd like to have had some complimentary lotion in the room but otherwise, was very impressed with the cleanliness and all the small details.

The elevator was a little dirty, but there was also active construction taking place on the property. I really don't have any other complaints at all - it was a great stay and worth the money!!

It was close to downtown Dallas attractions. Also the staff was very friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was good and the view from my room was amazing. I also liked that the hotel was in an old building which is fitting for a hotel in historic downtown.

The location of the hotel is a double edge sword. On one hand it is close to Dallas attractions but on the other hand there is a lot of homeless and unsavory characters hanging out in the immediate area especially near the DART station just a few blocks down the street. Walking at night is definitely "do at your own risk", and that includes one or two blocks in any direction. But during the day walking can be done. Really there is not much the hotel can do because the hotel is already doing everything it can with extra security and an access control system to enter the hotel. It would also be a shame if the hotel closed and switched locations because the old building has historic character to it. The only thing the hotel can do is lobby the local government to improve the issue of safety.

Location was great. So close to everything, Dallas Aquarium was one block away so I was able to go and explore before I had to check out the last morning of our stay.

No on-site parking had to either valet or pay for parking in the lot across the street. Which was close but still had to pay extra money for that I didn’t realize until I showed up. The pictures also showed a pool but after we booked found out they have permanently closed the pool. Not sure if it’s because they seem to be going through a remodel/construction of some sort.

Breakfast was above expectations. Healthy options both days. Beds and bath were perfectly clean, room was much bigger than anticipated. Also, absolutely quiet at night, which we didn't even imagine could happen.

Hotel is under renovation - the only evidence was an elevator coated in cardboard and a pile of building materials in the street. No noise, no dust, really just a nice place. I probably can't afford it once they are done! Tiny complaint - that refrigerator is a joke. No depth beyond a soda can.

The hotel has an excellent view of the downtown area, and its location is awesome, with several top museums, the JFK memorial, and other attractions are just a short uber drive away. The room was very spacious, with comfortable beds (not exceptional but definitely above average). Nice shower with good water pressure.

The TV was a bit small compared to what most hotels are offering these days. The daily parking/valet charge of $38 is too high, so much that we decided to plan to just use ubers and lyfts instead. Housekeeping missed our room our first day, but we didn't have that problem again in the rest of our stay. The security procedure requiring that you use your room key to go into the hotel makes sense, but late night when there is not a lot of activity in the area, it feels just a bit scary to be fumbling in your bag/wallet for the key.

The hotel was small, but very nicely decorated. The staff was friendly, the gave out little welxome gifts that included complimentary bottled water, and a few treats, which I thought was unexpected, and nice. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus, and the food and staff there was great as well. There were many restaurants, and a park within walking distance. It was close to the American Airlines Center, which was the reason I picked it because I was going to a concert. Overall I njoyed my stay, and would return.

Although my room was clean, it did have a mildewy smell to it, that seemed to set off my daughter's allergies, our final day there. In addition, the towels had that same smell to them The only reason i didnt complain, was because we were leaving the next day.

I loved the design of the room and the front desk staff was helpful. The day shift valet was also kind and accommodating. The night shift valet not so much. It took forever for him to come get my car after we returned from the concert.

The night shift valet was no where to be found when we returned from the concert and was rude. He told my friend if she didn’t hurry up and get out of the car he would park it with her in it

Breakfast was very good. Nice selection. View from hotel window was nice as well. We were able to see Bank of America's, Omni Hotel's, and Reunion Tower's "light" shows. :) I did have a little trouble getting inside my room after breakfast Sunday morning. One of the cleaning crew assisted me. Every staff member was kind and courteous not only to myself but others.

My only frustration was because my daughter kept freezing me out because she is so warm-blooded. She set the thermostat on 64 each night and slept by the window. BRR... Ha,ha We did encounter some homeless people near the hotel which was somewhat unsettling but I know that is beyond your control.

We were looking for something downtown so we could walk around. This was a perfect location. The room was clean big enough for a family of 5. They also had an enjoyable on site breakfast!

They are in the process of renovating- so there was some inconvenience with 1 elevator and the day we checked out they were clearly working right above us, but that is be expected when remodeling is going on.

we liked the location of the the Hotel, it had breakfast included and the rooms were spacious.

we didn’t like that the bathrooms were dirty, they’re under remodeling and there’s barely any signs about it. they have no pool and on the booking site it showed they did and turns out you have to go to a different hotel if theirs just to use the pool.
