Breakfast was amazing!!! Also, Wed night complimentary food and wine was also amazing and much appreciated. We were blown away by how lovely all the staff were, very accommodating, helpful and friendly, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome, true Texan hospitality. From the reception ladies, security ladies and management all were lovely!

I think the place could be updated shortly, but it was very clean and pool was under maintenance so could not be used in near 40 degrees weather, but not the staffs fault. Apart from that, i cannot fault this accommodation, stay here you will not regret it.

Shout out to Hilton Homewood Suites in downtown Dallas. They have the most accessible room we have ever stayed in. The doors are wide, there is a lot of room to maneuver in, the desk is wheelchair accessible, the restroom is very large for maneuverability and it has a roll-in shower with drop-down bench. On a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 9.6.

My wife couldn't open the door from inside the room in her wheelchair. The lip on the shower made it difficult to get inside. The shower curtain is 6 inches too short, which caused flooding every shower.

Walking in the area in the evenings/night did not feel completely safe.

The breakfast was a little cold, but had a variety of food selections. There was cold and warm cereal, fruit, and a variety of cold and warm coffees.

I loved the coffee at the dinning area but not the coffee in the room. I also looked forward to go to the pool area to relax, but the closed in area and dongeon feel was not appealing. The pool water was also freezing and unsupervised. Five teenagers were diving in the pool and taking over, limiting the amount of space to enjoy.

It was beautiful and had great views. The breakfast was delicious and the kitchen staff was super friendly. Valet staff was friendly and quick. The bed was comfortable and the room was big. Good location.

When we checked in, the lady didn't tell us about the pool table, golf simulator, media room, etc. On the last day we were there, woke up with a terrible headache from all the smell of weed on the 9th floor. There should be security by the workout room and pool. People let people in knocking on the doors and they aren't even a guest there.

Location was very good. room was kept cool or warm as i wanted. spacious room. nice quiet location. easy to walk to tourist spots like Reunion tower, 6th floor museum etc. check in staff was friendly

strangely the air con made a very loud blast kind of sound every now and then to the point i could not sleep so i swtiched off the air con / heater most nights. apart from that everything was fine.

The breakfast was delicious. The waffles were very tasty as were the biscuits and gravy. The fresh oranges were a treat. the front desk women were especially pleasant.

The eggs at breakfast could have had a little more seasoning. The valet parking guys were good, but they needed extra help at check out time. We called for our car before leaving the room and checking out, but had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for the car because it had to be parked at a separate location. When we checked in, a homeless person wondered into the hotel. A security person would have been helpful in dealing with her.

It was close to Methodist Dallas Hospital where I went to visit my brother daily. My room was big and roomy. Whatever time it was, the desk personnel were awesome! 🤩 Breakfast was also awesome. I liked the toaster and big refrigerator in the room, plus silverware, dishes and cooking pans.

There was hair on the bathroom floor when I first came in. Valet parking and the hotel store were very costly. There was no room discount for staying 8 days. The TV was too small.

Our room was great and the facilities include a unique pool with fountains, and a half basketball court, which we loved! Breakfast was very good, but it was the typical self serve waffles and stuff you find at every other US hotel with free breakfast.

The staff at check in seemed overwhelmed, and not particularly friendly or accommodating. The valet service was confusing and expensive, tips are expected even though the hotel charges $30 per night for parking.

It matched all my expectations. I was looking for a nice mix of budget, comfort and daily breakfast. Thankfully Homewood check all the boxes.

It's not I didn't like, but I was originally expecting the usual daily cleaning and setting the room. Until I realize this wasn't the hotel's proposal. But then not even after the 5th day there was any cleaning or to replenish the toiletry. Kinda disappointed at that.
