This place really embodies customer service and class. I've stayed in several hotels in Dallas and this place has become my all time favorite. From valet, to room service, to in-room dining, to housekeeping you will be hard pressed to find anything negative about this place. You feel welcomed from the time you greet the folks at the front desk. In a day and age where finding excellent customer service is difficult this hotel restores your faith. Kudos to the owner and management for a truly top notch experience. The hotel is quite lovely too. I really love the huge bathrooms and showers. Rooms and beds are cozy, comfortable and most importantly QUIET.

We got stuck in Dallas due to an ice storm and the city shut down. We barely made it to the hotel as the road conditions got hazardous very quickly. The staff was so kind and accommodating. We had spent a week traveling already and were headed home with bags full of dirty clothes. They do not have a laundry service, but got housekeeping to wash clothes for us (enough for 3 days). The city was covered in ice but the wonderful valet manager grabbed our hands and walked us to a restaurant that was open so we could eat. We also ate at the hotel restaurants (excellent food) and had room service. 10/10 recommend everything from food, service, cleanliness, and staff. I suspect the hotel staff was stranded there too, but were all smiles after not being able to go home for several days.

While the food and service was excellent, the 19% service charge on everything (even bringing a pizza up from the restaurant ourselves) was a bit much.

I know it sounds like a spoiled guest but being in a 5 star hotel requieres special requests from thier guest a milkshake on room service is nothing that hard to comply sadly they don't have milkshakes for BB meal or dinner

The sculptures inside the lobby are exceptional. It’s almost like stepping into a modern museum. The hotel faces directly towards “the eye “sculpture and provides a terrific view. The pool that extends over the building is fantastic! lots of different seating arrangements to choose from. The bar staff by the pool was friendly and provided lovely poolside cocktails. The restaurant downstairs is very enjoyable.

The Hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff was excellent so attentive and professional. 20 min drive from airport .The room was VERY spacious. The cafe downstairs has the best cappuccinos. Beautiful artwork everywhere.

The Valet parking is pretty expensive. Also the spa was booked for the entire time we were there so we couldn’t get in. Not really anyone fault but a bummer for us. so book ahead.

All of the staff from the moment I exited my vehicle were courteous, helpful, and accommodating. the room was very comfortable and inviting, I felt at home; not as if I was in a hotel.

I have no complaints or shortcomings to speak of.

The staff was more than willing to assist. I had not requested a handicapped accessible room yet the staff was able to immediately assist in changing in our room.

everything was perfect from staff to cleanliness and great area downtown where u have everything around. restaurants, Neiman Marcus, bars etc

Very close to everything. We did not use our car the whole time. Hotel is beautiful and the front desk and staff were great.

On Saturday night even though on 6th floor we could hear everything. They give you a sleep kit with ear plugs. I understand now. Also, everything including shades are controlled electronically. We had a hard time finding control for the shades as it was behind the desk lamp.

Location downtown was great, lots of security, very safe The Coffee shop was excellent with in house baked goods The restaurant had a great happy hour, food was also good

Parking is too expensive $45+ per night
