The room was nice. The facilities was very nice. Jerry the shuttle bus driver was exceptional. The location was good.

I didn't like the breakfast. I also was not happy with the price I had to pay for my stay. Even though it was not a big difference it was not what I was told I would pay.

we spent most of our time in the social area on the first floor. it’s elegant, fun and has a great vibe. I loved my room - very comfortable and clean. I appreciate the way they approached the soap, lotion, shampoo and conditioner by proving large containers rather than throw away so there is less garbage in the world!

the pool smells bad. the water doesn’t look right. it needs maintenance and regular treatment. it’s my third time here and twice the pool has been gross and smelly.

Embassy Suites are always great properties! Enjoy the separated bedroom & living room.

When I, checked in there was a baggage cart in the lobby that I, used. I, wanted a cart when I, was checking out & approached the front desk & had the key to my room. I, was told they needed my Drivers License & would hold it until I, brought the cart back to the desk! Very Inconvenient for me to go back to my room to get my DL….. seems to be a very ridiculous requirement & especially for a Hotel that has no valet service!

The property was very clean, the staff were extremely nice and the breakfast was great, especially the omelets! location is right by everything

the air didn’t work the first night but we complained the next morning. at first they were just going to give points towards our stay but at checkout they gave us a refund for the first night! so I still rated a 10 because they was a great way to compensate and they didn’t make it a big deal!

I loved everything about this place only thing I could say is that receptionist should give a heads up to weather the pool will be open or not most people rent the rooms for the pool so I was a little disappointed I drove 6 hours and the kids was told the pool would be open but wasn't for 2 days and I also was told before coming so we were sure the kids could swim other than that place is great

The hotel lobby and eating area were clean. The breakfast was very good and had a variety of foods and drinks. There was a happy hour each evening. The room we had was larger than I expected.

The room was B-. The bed was hard and the air was not getting that cold. The lighting in the bathroom was not good for doing your makeup. The lighting in the room was overall poor.

Hotel was great, very busy but great. Loved the breakfast was awesome. Staff was nice. Room was nice. Starbucks in hotel was nice! Shower in the room was better than some we have stayed at.

The bed was not very comfortable. The beds at holiday Inn express were more comfortable than here. But other than that no complaints.

I loved the happy hour and breakfast! I loved the location and the employees were very professional. The room set up was great. I loved all the mirrors.

Our thermostat was not working. It was 92 degrees in our room. Someone came to fix it but then it was too cold and we couldn't warm it up. The sofa sleeper was not comfortable at all. I probably slept 1 hour.

We stayed there on Christmas eve as we were traveling to Costa Rica and had a layover in Dallas. It was reasonably close to the airport (still cost a bit in a taxi - there was no shuttle service that we were made aware of...) and we had a meal in the restaurant/bar that was pretty good.

Would be good to have a shuttle from the airport.

We loved our stay! The room was very clean and smelled good! The breakfast was amazing and they serve complimentary drinks and snacks in the afternoon for guests. Staff was friendly too!
