Huge rooms, great free breakfast, helpful staff, very clean and quiet, nice pool.

Pillows were too soft, I had to use 2-3 pillows since they would squish so flat. Some of the linens were a little stained.

Great and friendly staff, and the best breakfast that I’ve ever had at a hotel and great menu selection, everything was delicious especially the frittatas, the service and cooks were very friendly❤️, and I love the location❤️

Room was large and clean. Beds were comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was great.

I enjoy a bath tub although, the bathroom is small and the vanity area could be larger too. Providing safes in the rooms would also be nice.

The breakfast was good considering the COVID circumstances. The woman who works it is fabulous. We haven't been there for two years because of the virus, and she remembered us and welcomed us back.

The woman who checked us in wasn't friendly at all and wasn't helpful at all when we were trying to print out our boarding passes back home. You shouldn't have let Carlos go to another hotel. Big mistake. We didn't feel valued as a guest at all.

I did not get the rooms I booked. Instead they downgraded my room.

I only have two complaints: 1. the lack of information in the room (e.g. how to call the restaurant, didn’t have a “no service” door placard, and no list of nearby attractions/restaurants. Also no paper pad). These missing items may be small, but it was an unnecessary annoyance. 2. I expected a pet fee, but was surprised to learn it was a high per visit fee vs. more moderate per night fee. Staying two nights with a pet was nearly cost prohibitive, but what choice does one have when you learn about it on check in? Not sure if that was booking.com’s failure to communicate, or the hotel. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Staff didn’t seem to know much about the pool, what time it opened or closed and didn’t care to find out.

We liked the breakfast and room ..I did leave a brown leather toiletries bag in the parking lot by accident. I guess it fell off my suitcase when I was transporting my luggage to the car. Didn't know if anybody turned it in to the desk ??
