The location was great as well as the breakfast. The room was fairly big which we are thankful since we have a lot of stuff from our trip. The room is more clean than I expect it to be. I can tell that the housekeeping is more thorough than most hotels and we’ve been to other hotels. It was a surprisingly good stay.

The floor carpet are a little outdated both in the hallways and in the room. It was hard to push our stuff over them. But they are cleaner than most. I can see that they maintain their floors. The towels are a little rough, a good laundry stripping and rinsing with vinegar will help those.

The bar - I had hoped for more and the bar service wasnt great. The same person for check in, as if I was an inconvenience to them I picked this place for the gym too, but it needs modernising

The best of the breakfast was the fruit and the orange juice. The bread didn't have much choice and I don't like sweet bread. The hot food was not so good. The location was perfect once I've participated in a conference that has been held at the Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center. It was just a very short distance to walk every day. The shuttle is a very important facility and it is necessary due to the geographic characteristics of the region.

This place is the definition of cheap and cheerful. Understaffed but the staff go above and beyond to make your stay is pleasurable. We had a room with an extra pullout bed which was nice as we are a family of 5. They also gave us late check out (2pm) which was fantastic as we had a 11pm flight out to Sydney.

Breakfast they seemed to be short on items, and we had to use paper plates for breakfast, which is a little uncivilised.

Nobody came up to clean our room, or take our trash we had to take our own trash outside & it was a far walk from our room, never got offered towels or extra anything. Also tried to check in 30 min till 3(original check in time) & was told we couldnt they were booked & had no rooms cleaned so at 3 my room was ready but very inconvenient especially with kids & being from 4 hours away .

Room is perfect, just like a mini apartment. I also love how they have a shuttle bus, not having a car is difficult at times so that helps a lot. The buffet breakfast has a great spread aswell. Overall fantastic hotel with great facilities

Everything was good, just one of the elevators the button to the 4th floor doesn't work but didn't worry me as I didn't require that floor

The staff were very nice and helpful. The shuttle to and from the airport, as well as around town was truly exceptional! Thank you for that! Thank you so very much for making our stay exceptional!

Stayed here for a conference that was going on in Gaylord Resort. 40 min walk, 5 min drive for 10 bucks one way in a cab. The facility is nice in a good location. Great value for the money spent! No complaints at all!

it was clean and roomy. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The only thing that was not ideal was the shower water pressure. our room was very clean and nice but the shower water pressure was sad.

I like the location of the property. I don’t like that the airplanes fly over, but they do stop at a certain time so that made up for the noise level. The hotel is always clean. The staff is always kind and helpful.
