We liked everything about our stay except the breakfast which was really a disappointment. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, the room was great!

The breakfast was the only disappointment. It looked like the free buffets we have gotten in all the other hotels we have stayed at - so was surprised to find it so costly. The eggs were not cooked well enough and there wasn't a microwave to heat up the danish. The bacon was good, along with the potatoes. Then, on top of the $18 buffet, a glass of OJ was $5.00 - that was really over the top, especially when they didn't say how much it would cost when asked if we wanted some.

Well, I was unable to stay (3) nights due to Icy Roads in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. When I brought this to Booking.com's attention and asked that I not be charged for Thursday night, February 24, 2022, I was told it be taken care of yet, the charge still appeared on my final bill. If there was a credit, it has nor shown up at my bank account. Will you please confirm that the credit is going to go through? Thank you.

We did receive clean towels however, the room was NOT straightened up? Is this something you have quit doing? It always nice to come in from working to a nice clean and inviting room since I was not at home.

Food was really good. Great selection. We had redfish which was delicious Breakfast was pretty good too. We just had eggs and toast Bartender was amazing actually ALL the staff was absolutely amazing

The bathroom was a weird layout kinda narrow. Which who cares really it was very clean and beautiful. But it asked for a negative lol

The location is great, the customer service is spectacular. I hear the food is excellent although I didn’t eat there. Everything was so clean so I know housekeeping does an fabulous job. The fact that they will charter you anywhere in a 5 mile radius/drop And pick you UP?? Saving you money on Uber and gas?? Amazing. Will be going back!!

I wish there was a courtyard in the shade.

It was quiet and comfortable. The staff was excellent. The breakfast staff was very good, but I forgot to tell that we had breakfast with our room and ended up paying for it instead!

I don't like the breakfast part not being part of your room.

The location was great, up to 10 minutes by car to go anywhere we needed. The bed was SUPER COMFORTABLE - I actually missed plans one night just because I didn't wanna leave it.

hotel arrangement is amazing, location and decoration, breakfast is so good, all people are so professional and attend all customer necessities

By mistake, I didn't rent a car, so I use a taxi service, so in front desk didn't mention anything about shuttle use, the last day people from shuttle offered the service

We enjoyed all the time at the hotel, all the staff was very friendly, but the waiter her name is Maria was very nice person all the time she had a happy face talking to the guests… for sure we will come back again

We wanted to split the cost and were told at check in we could do that. But when we checked out, the room charge was already closed out, so it couldn't be done.
