I liked the location of the hotel to the Riverwalk and alamodome. I also liked the convenience of parking options for my car. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. I arrived early, and they were able to check me into a room. I was expecting to wait until check-in time, but they were able to accomated me early. That was appreciated. They have dining at the hotel- ruth chris steak house, or you can eat on the Riverwalk. Access to the river walk is right at the hotel, too.

Great location with easy to walk to many attractions, dining options and shopping. Nice hotel with all the amenities needed. They also have an excellent virtual Topgolf set up and the gym is very well equipped.

They often have conventions and conferences at this hotel and this leads to long queues to access the elevator in order to get to your room. We were waiting over 20mins one evening to get back to our room as a group had just finished their sessions for the day.

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff was amazing! I wish I could remember everyone’s name! Everyone was warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. The young man that checked us in, went out of his way to help me with some information. The young man in the little market was so helpful with our selections. The valet team is amazing! I think they would have driven me home had I asked them. lol! Every one and every thing was perfect!

When we pulled in to the property it was a little confusing as to where we were supposed to go for valet parking. The young man that directed us was very professional and friendly.

The hotel was wonderful. It was easy to park, too. The parking ended up being free. It was easy to get to the Riverwalk and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here. The rooms on the 12th floor all adjoined. I asked for adjoining rooms and the lady at the desk said they didn't. But, when we arrived they adjoined.

Everything was great. I wouldn't change anything.

Very clean and quiet, excellent location. Comfortable beds and pillows. Within easy walking distance to Alamodome and Riverwalk. We loved the pool area, too!

Parking on-site is pricey. Park in the Convention Center Garage on the other side of Market St instead. Wish they had free breakfast for the price we paid.

Very close to riverwalk. Business class hotel, all service is of high level. Room is very clean and there is possibility to tune the temperature. Very good bath room!

Overpriced. Breakfast is not included in the price, and even more there is no buffet for breakfast. Juts the restaurant

The Breakfast was delicious, liked the variety of choices for sure! The staff was wonderful, very nice and polite.

The beds were a little hard, not soft or medium. Too hard for my sleeping style, my right arm was in pain every morning. We were suppose to get a double King size bed room, but we only got a one king size bed. 😟

The person who checked me in was fabulous - I totally forgot their name to give them a shout out. Also, I went to the cafe one evening and the last morning of my stay and both times the employees were so friendly and welcoming! That is important to me! I wish I could let them know - good customer relations is hard to come by these days, so I love to share when it happens.

Location, private parking garage with options to park yourself or valet. The beds were very comfortable with modern furniture and decor. Lastly, the elevators at this hotel are quite fast, we got to the 24th floor from the lobby in what seemed like 10 seconds give or take.

I would have like there to be more elevators spread out throughout the hotel but that’s not a big deal if you don’t mind a long walk from a room towards the far end.

Awesome location above the River Walk!! Close to many restaurants, the Alamo and other historic sites -- all in walking distance. The staff were customer-centered and the facilities clean.

The internet connection was choppy within the hotel and the adjacent convention center.
