Embassy Suites by Hilton The Woodlands

I loved the property , and the location. The biggest help to me was a guy that worked the front desk name Giovanni and the manager Chris. Breakfast was also really good. Beautiful location would book again!

On booking.com it states that the 2 room suite is a 2 bedroom suite and after checking in I found out I actually didn't book for enough beds. The way the description is worded is misleading. So I slept on the pull out couch so my daughter and her friends could enjoy the beds in the 1 room that we did have. Also a worker at the front desk named Vickie gave me a very hard time during check out however Giovanni was there to validate the discrepancies with the room.

I recently stayed at the Embassy Hotel and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, which is always a great first impression. The room I stayed in was spacious, allowing me to spread out and relax after a long day of traveling. The complementary breakfast options were awesome! There was a wide variety of options to choose from, and the food was delicious. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, which included freshly baked pastries, hot and cold breakfast items, and a variety of fresh fruits and juices. To top it all off, the hotel also offered two free drinks from the bar for my wife and me, which was a nice touch and a perfect way to unwind after a busy day. The drinks were expertly prepared and the bartenders were friendly and accommodating. The hotel staff was also a standout feature of my stay. They were knowledgeable about the area and provided great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. They were always available to answer any questions or address any concerns that I had during my stay. Overall, I highly recommend the Embassy Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness, spacious rooms, delicious breakfast options, free drinks, and friendly staff all contributed to a wonderful experience.

I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites hotel and overall, there wasn't much that I didn't like about it.

location

valet service very poor. valets chit chatting while I pulled up and had to up and request a ticket. plus guests were unloading their own luggage. all other hotels around riverwalk valet services come up to you , give ticket and assist with luggage. plus checked out on Sunday and called numerous time to reach valet . finally had to call front desk and stated bring your ticket down we are always short handed. never even offered to call valet for us to assist.

Walking In front desk made us feel so welcome. She went above and beyond. Forgive me for not having her name but she deserves to be recognized. Aug 12th at 7:00pm we checked in. She was fast to check us our room and I believe she meant it when she said it if we needed anything to make sure to let her know. She came over and let me know about things near us. Excellent breakfast buffet. Happy hour was ending but she offered me a drink if we wanted. Best service ever in hotel. Thank you we will come back and enjoy hotel again. Beautiful pool area too.

At check in, the front desk clerk appeared to be annoyed by the few questions I was asking about the area and about transportation to the venue we were going to attend. Not once was there a comforting greeting nor did I have an assuring welcoming feeling. After settling into the room, I returned to the front desk to get my questions answered by another front desk clerk which was more accommodating to my questions.

I think the breakfast was good.

The fact that the room only had two face towels and two bath towels and we had to go to the front desk to request more then we had to wait on them. I didn’t like that we stayed on the pool floor and it was just the two of us traveling with no children. The room is over priced for no more amenities that were there. There was a random chair at the table that we couldn’t figure it out.

from the moment of check in to checkout… the staff was welcoming! called me by name throughout entire stay… Included Breakfast and evening Happy Hour was fantastic. views of the Woodlands lake and 3rd floor pool was amazing. once we parked car… walkable to everything needed: Whole Foods, Restaurants to shopping. When visiting The Woodlands again, I will 100% stay at the Embassy.

I’ve stayed in many hotels in the Woodlands over 9 trips in the last year and this is my favorite. smooth and easy check in, The location is great, the room layout perfect for a family of 3/4 and I really loved having a lounge eating area away from the beds especially as we didn’t want to go out too much with Covid and could eat away from where we sleep. it was great to have two televisions as well. The beds, linen and towels great quality and good amenities in the bathroom. The room was spotless very clean and the staff were welcoming and warm. The breakfast buffet was excellent and included in the room rate. I was so impressed with the hotel I had to write a review :-)

The temperature of the shower could have been hotter and I would suggest a night light in the bathroom.

Room was nice and lobby. Front desk was beautiful and super friendly staff. Grateful for the room and space we had. Breakfast was amazing and so was the staff. Highly recommend the breakfast!!

Bartender and waitress in the evening were rude. We had to ask multiple times about placing an order. Pool area was super crowded - smaller than anticipated

The staff was very professional and helpful. Vicki at the front desk is the best. The location is perfect.

The only thing that I did not like was being charged for valet parking. No one told me at check in that I would be charged for valet parking. I tipped both of the guys that parked our cars 20 dollars a piece. In the future there should be something posted that say there is a charge for this service.
