The clerks at the front desk were friendly and the hotel was clean and the breakfast was delicious, we loved everything about our stay. We travel a lot and I can say this hotel by far was one of the better ones we've stayed in. The area provides so much to do. It's quiet . We had drinks and set outside which was quiet and warm feeling.

Im hot natured and the thermostat would not go below 68 degrees. At home 68 is fine. I didn't feel that the room was actually 68 degrees it felt more like mid 70 degrees. Much to warm for me. This was my only complaint

The whole facility was really nice. We picked it due to the location and that did not disappoint. We were able to walk to every place we wanted to visit.

It got awkward at the front desk when checking in between 2 employees; mainly only 1 making things awkward. But it didn't involve us, just awkward to witness. Besides that, everything was great.

Welcome at the front desk was warm and friendly! Ling Ling was great! Breakfast was wonderful! Glenda was as gracious, welcoming, helpful and present as anyone could wish for! Location is fantastic! Right on the Trolley run. Spa was great but a bit pricey.

Our room still had a lot of construction dust on the bases of the furnishings and the window sills. No garbage bags in the trash cans.

The location was perfect.

Although the staff was attentive they were not as professional as we expected. The room seemed to be smaller than advertised. We were also told that our room was a corner suite but we were not on the corner. We were given an upgrade by the person who made our reservation but when we were discussing our room situation another management person they said to me, "I don't know how you got this upgrade." Sad...we most likely will not be staying at your hotel in the future.

They love money water costs $5 no complementary water the handling of any delivery costs money per box, the internet isn’t free and charged per night, better find out where to park a car or it would cost you money as well.

Breakfast buffet is what husband had. Grand variety not much flavor. Wife ordered an omelet and the same not much flavor .

More flavor in breakfast items . The band that played in the bar Saturday was WAY TOO LOUD FOR THAT SMALL BAR . Good band song wise but instrumentals were way too loud ! We ended up outside 🙄

Amazing location right opposite a cinema, mall and retail park, with so many bars and restaurants nearby.

I left my phone in the taxi and was charged a fortune for international calls that weren't even answered!

The ion was larger than expected. The beds were very comfortable. The TV was big. The view of the waterway from the 9th floor was great. The frig was cold

We were not aware that there would be no bed service the entire time we were there. There were no signs indicating restrictions were in place. It’s a sizable walk to the free garage. The close garage was $21/day. We didn’t take advantage of the breakfast service because it seemed extremely expensive ($21 per person) for the little we eat in the morning.

We loved the room and view. It was very clean and comfortable.

They totally messed up our room service for breakfast. It was an hour and a half late, and then the order was wrong. They comped us, but the experience messed up our anniversary weekend.

The main reason for our visit was to attend a concert. It was so easy and convenient to just walk to and from the concert through the sky walk. Also enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and the mall.

Nothing. Everything was wonderful!! And it smelled so good every time we walked into the lobby from outside. Staff was friendly and helpful. They did a great job!
