The hotel was visually appealing. Loved having the jacuzzi. The room was very comfortable, clean, and nice.

Figuring out breakfast vouchers was very confusing. I wish there was a clear way to make sure I even had them, like an email confirming them. I had to go down to the front desk the night before and make sure I had vouchers, and then getting them the next morning was confusing. Then I didn’t understand how they worked. Could I get anything on the menu? I didn’t know what the voucher included. Also, I couldn’t find anywhere on my confirmation emails what time check out was. I saw it was at noon on the door I think, and 11:00 online. It doesn’t state in my confirmation emails what time check out was. I had a cleaner knock on my door around 9:30 and I was frantically packing to get out of there.

Friendly Bistro staff and housekeeping. Great stay/food package. Clean, appealing/nice decor, safe-keyed elevator access, nice accomodations/features/amenities. Loved location of shower faucet (shower entry) and opposite wall shower head, and drain placement to one side.

No courtesy shuttle. Shower enclosure not enclosed enough...needs 2/3 glass wall covering. Right now sits about 1/2 length of shower. When water falls from showerhead, it bounces off the person showering and some gets outside shower.

Wonderful rooms with high ceilings, brand-new and tasteful everything and even ski-themed wallpaper. Nice jacuzzi & swimming pool. 15 minutes to Alta parking lot.

This hotel should not have a pay-more-for-breakfast-included option at booking, as "breakfast" in question consists of a few mediocre items (microwaved oats and cold bagels being the best of them) for purchase from a little Starbucks-like/Starbucks-lite on-site cafe. The "breakfast-included" translated into hotel giving us 2 $10 vouchers to use at the cafe (even though we booked the room for 4 people). You are infinitely better off walking across the parking lot to Alpha Coffee, which has awesome coffee and wide selection of fresh-baked pastries and breakfast items.

Staff friendliness, cleanliness and the fact that they have few restaurants options walking distance is great.

The only option for breakfast is a small starbucks where there is only one employee attending the counter, the cashier and the back preparing the coffes and food with very limited menu and very poor bakery: only muffins and only 2 options of muffins and it was not good. This is the only critical opportunity Marriot Courtyard needs to improve. The free wifi is bad, very weak. The shower door needs to be improved it is modern but water from the shower when is in use wets all the entire bathroom outside the shower, you have to use towells on the floor.

The hotel is clean and posh. The rooms are very cute and I love the tree wallpaper on the walls. The bedding is white and comfy. The walk-in shower is nice and big. Clean room and bathroom. Nice clean neighborhood. The kids enjoyed the pool. We asked for extra pillows and towels and someone brought them right up. It's a great place to stay.

The location was convenient. The facilities were nice. The views were enjoyable.

The shower was open concept and the spray soaked the bathroom floor every time. It looks nice but not very functional. Had to lay towels on the floor in order not to slip when getting out. Need to add a sliding glass door. The smoking area in the garage we right next to the elevator which caused the elevators to always smell like smoke. Need to move the smoking area to another location away from elevator entrance.

The hotel was so nice! Beautiful view. Booked it on accident and it was fantastic! Better than where we were going to stay. There was actually room in the room. You weren't tripping over everything.

The parking lot wasn't lit and the garage was a little scary. They are still trying to make it so that should be fixed.

Brand new hotel located across the street from the ski shuttle stop to Brighton / Solitude. Rooms were large and comfortable. There is a decent brewery / restaurant and a ski shop just outside the hotel.

The hotel is in a somewhat isolated part of town. It can sometimes take 15+ min to get an Uber/Lyft, so better to come with a car. Once you've explored the 2-3 food options outside the hotel, there's not much else going on.

I liked that there was parking outside and underground. The location was AMAZING - especially in the winter time.

I wish there were services for your laundry to get washed for you. I didn’t like the outdated way of washing clothes. There should be breakfast provided.

Relatively noisy neighbors and yelling kids in the hallway late at night. But that's not really the hotel's fault...
