The guy at the front desk was very polite. I had a suite with a hot tub. It had kitchenette with living room and fold out sofa. Pretty nice room for the price. Easy to find right off the interstate.

I was told to fill the hot tub and run the jets to clean them out because people don't rent that room often. Air conditioning was not great but was not completely terrible either.

Price, safety, room layout, pillows, clean towels, toiletry items, easy remote, desk and table, storage, mini fridge, drawers & linens. Honestly, a lot better than I expected for the price!

A few tears in the wallpaper, dings in the walls or corners in the hallways, sagging mattresses, creaky box springs, stained bedroom chairs. Not enough to make me run, but could be better.

Breakfast was bad, brown bag with packaged danish, granola bar and juice box, yikes

Bathtub was old with warn grout, water boxes was no longer attached to the wall, looked like they were using what ever they had for soap, shampoo, and conditioner

The view, the front office staff, and the very nice rooms they provided!

The noise while construction was going on and the crazy loud people all over the hotel. Also there was a bug we found that we killed.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Located close to where we were going.

Room was not clean. There were bottle caps under the edge of tv stand and carpet was nasty! Pool was out of order and only two towels in a room with 2 beds meant for at least 4 people.

there is extensive remodel going on throughout the property. the tiles in the bathroom were cracked and the tub/shower leaked all over the bathroom. I let the maid supervisor know when I left. she was very friendly

We arrived at 3am and it was easy to check in, they gave us a bigger room because the one that we reserved was not available. The bed was comfortable.

We can hear the water running from the shower or toilet in the next room

We were very pleased by the amount of space in our room. Sheets appeared clean and the staff was friendly even during the busy times. We were pleasantly surprised that the room had an area for food prep and a large spa tub in the bathroom.

We were taken back at first that the hotel was in the processed of being renovated. The spa bath tub was missing a cover to one of the intake valves covers, which made it difficult to get near without being sucked in. We missed having disposable cups or an ice container available in the room. We assumed it was a COVID-19 precaution. There were a lot of stains on the carpet and furniture, though that seemed to be more from age than from poor maintenance.

Lovely hotel which was clean, quiet and well presented as well as affordable. Very close to the centre of Utah and my favourite hotel on our travels.

The location was easy to find, check in was easy!

The mattress could be replaced, I sunk down when I sat on the bed. I saw they were working on the building. Can't wait to see the finished product.
