Best Western West Valley Inn

The staff at this location is always very pleasant to work with and happily help answer questions. The breakfast has very good options available and they maintain a very clean dining area. This was my second stay at this location and I am considering a 3rd stay soon.

I was disappointed that the elevator didn't work for the entire time I was there. I have mobility/bad knee issues and I wasn't able to have a ground floor unit so I was compelled to climb stair every day at least 2 or 3 times a day while there. Thankfully, I was on the second floor. Also, the pool area was closed the day after we arrived and was never opened up again. My grandson was looking forward to swimming.

Staff was very nice and welcoming. Facilities were very clean and had a great free breakfast with coffee I could actually drink (I never drink hotel coffee) Location was great we were only.10-15 min away from all activities we had planned. All in all a great place to stay!

The tile in bathroom was bowed and cracked. They would shift whenever stepped on. The water pressure in the bathroom shower was not very good and hot water needed to be turned almost all the way to hot in order to be warm enough to shower if it was in the evening.

I enjoyed the front desk service. Tupu, who helped me, was very gracious and service oriented. The breakfast was excellent and had great variety.

Well, the toilet in our room was not sufficiently bolted to the floor. We had to use it carefully so it would remain seated and not rock forward. I chose not to tell the front desk until morning; however, when I did, the front desk acted upon it quickly and mentioned they would have someone check into it.

I liked the friendly staff. I liked that the pool and hot tub were open. The hotel was clean and was nice in the inside. I liked that they had breakfast. I also liked that it was very quiet and the location was good.

I did not like that the hot tub was not as hot as I would have liked it to be. I did not like that there was not enough parking spaces in the front, I had to park on the side of the hotel. The side door was not open so we would have to walk all the way to the front doors. I did not like that there was a dip in the road when turning in/out. I would have to turn in/out at a angle so I wouldn't scrape the bottom of my car.

It was in a great location. The pool and hot tub were nice. Staff was extremely friendly. It was next to the freeway so everything was super close. The room was clean. I would definitely go back!

It had construction right in the front so we had to go through the side door. The floors in the room were sticky. The room smelled like cigarettes.

Older building but room was clean and comfortable and the area felt safe as a solo traveller. Staff were lovely and able to answer any questions i had. Located close to a mall for any essentials. Breakfast was tasty with waffles, eggs, fruit, potato, cereals and bread. Would recommend and would stay again

We were visiting Kindig-It the next day and the hotel had a great location for this visit. The staff were friendly. We were given a room that had recently been remodelled. We were very very happy.

Sadly the pool is under maintenance so no swim, but the cleanliness of the property and the lovely breakfast made up for this.

The night staff was exceptional. They were extremely friendly, attentive, and patient. Our daughter got sick during our stay and the Ladies working the night shift and day shift were extremely patient, as we were a little more needy than usual this stay. They each deserve a raise. Above and beyond service.

Broken, lifting tiles in the bathroom, low water pressure in shower. Nothing to write home about. Overall great stay.

In addition to the overall cleanliness of the room, attention to detail can also make a difference. For example, a clean hotel room will have no dust on the baseboards, no cobwebs in the corners, and no smudges on the mirrors or windows.

I just wish the pool was open when i was there.

Our toilet wouldn’t flush but I called the front desk, and within 5-10 they had the maintenance guy there, and he was able to fix it pretty quick. The refrigerator didn’t work, and it was full of water so it wasn’t usable. I did not say anything about it, so that’s on me. But I thought they would have known about it because it was unplugged and it stunk. It was a nice, clean place, and the staff were awesome!!

It was kinda janky looking from the outside, but the inside was nice and clean, and the pool was really fun! They even let my grandkids come over and swim with me, and I appreciate that!
