The room was nice sized, having the oversized recliner in the corner was amazing with the baby!! Pool was great and accessible for people with mobility issues. Thermostat was already going when we got there so we didn’t have to wait for it to cool down or heat up. Staff was patient and accommodating.

Just make sure you call in advance to schedule shuttle to airport (Lyft) if outside of the 8-8 or 8-10.

Crystal Inn in West Valley, UT, was convenient to nearby restaurants, highways, and very nice staff. Plentiful hot water in showers, plus good unsecured WIFI. Refrigerator and microwave in room. We liked that there was a loveseat, and small desk with 2 chairs in room. It was nice to have comfortable seating to relax while in the room Complementary breakfast was good, ended at 9, so had to be an early riser. Food was made early, so when we arrived at 8:15, hot food wasn't terribly fresh, but coffee, yogurt, toast, and juice were good. Easy, free, plentiful parking, well lit, and easy access from 3 sides of parking lot. The room key was required for access, so we felt safer. Next to Maverick Center.

It was a nice 2 night stay. Met our needs for an SLC visit.

it is very close to the Trax train that goes to downtown SLC or the airport. Many restaurants are within walking distance. The fitness room had a great climbing machine. Breakfasts were diverse!

Breakfast was good with a variety of choicesa.

We did not have hot water in our shower for some reason?

The rooms are very large with a comfortable love seat and a very convenient desk/table. The Wi-Fi works quite well, the beds are comfortable. There are tons of restaurants within easy walking distance. The airport shuttle comes quickly and you can book a return trip to the airport at check-in. There is ample parking near the main entrance

The breakfast is a typical buffet breakfast. Thus, the food was not quite hot enough. Since it comes with the room we ate here. However, the next morning we stay here I am walking across the street to Cracker Barrell. The breakfast here does have an excellent variety.

The jetted tub in the room was very deep, and worked really well. The tub, when turned on was loud while sitting in it, but if you were anywhere else in the room, it sounded like a quiet hum. The continental breakfast was very hearty and filling. great variety! The gal at the front desk, gave my husband and I a small gift of a water bottle, M&M’s and a Granola Bar because we were staying there for our one year anniversary. All the staff I encountered were very kind.

Hot Tub was closed.

Breakfast was wonderful both days!! Beds were totally comfortable and recliner was divine. Plus I had an appt just before checkout and I really needed to let my husband lay in a comfy bed instead of sitting in his wheelchair for a few extra hours…he was not well and in lots of pain so it helped tremendously that we were given an extra two hours to do what we needed!

Price was a touch high

Very nice large room with seating area and bedroom. Breakfast included which is nice to have. Quiet location in West City easy to get to on the freeway. Many restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. Laundry and pool available for guests. We visited the Red Butte gardens and the Natural History Museum, near the university campus east of the city.

This is a very well-kept older hotel, and an incredible deal for the price we paid--most other hotels with comparable ratings were close to $100 more. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I've had in a very long time, especially during Covid when many places have moved to bagged items. There was a hot buffet with potatoes, eggs and sausage, fluffy hot apple turnovers and muffins, fresh fruit (not oranges and apples), and lots of cereal, yogurt, pastries, and other choices, all served on REAL dishes. There was some large group staying at the hotel (a teen conference of some sort) with about 50 kids and adults, and even with many of them showing up at breakfast at once, the staff kept all the items filled. It was amazing!

Nothing. It is older, but for the price a great deal. We'd stay here again!

This time the front desk clerk was not as friendly or helpful. She did not tell me what time breakfast was (Sundays are usually different) she did not tell me about the Wi-Fi or remind me your ice machines are on the 2nd and 3rd floor. I know it’s not a big issues just something that I should have been told
