From checking in to checking out, the staff and facilities were more than pleasing. The breakfast each morning was excellent, the pool was fun and inviting, and the friendliness towards us and our dog was exceptional. Thank you for making our travel with 2 kids (ages 3 and 5) and a dog, rewarding and relaxing.

Our room was close to the kitchen and the noise from breakfast preparations carried through our wall. This is the only adjustment I would make on a return trip; a room further from this. Otherwise, I couldn’t rate our experience any higher.

Friendly staff. Clean comfortable rooms. King bed was so nice. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. We will probably stay with them again.

Definitely needs a door between rooms in the king suite! Couldn't understand the use of space in the king suite. There is a useless section of the room that is completely unused.Even a roll away bed would have worked there. I understand it's a renovation, but space could have been better utilized. Could also use a better seating area for smokers outside. Like picnic tables.

The location was very convenient. The entire hotel smelled clean and the room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable as well. All the staff members were friendly when we were there. I liked the option of being able to make individual waffles blueberry and regular for breakfast. My son enjoyed the fresh lemonade and cookies that they had available in the evening.

The only negative that I could say, was that the heating element was down the first morning that we were there, so they did not have the cheese omelet and bacon option for breakfast, but one of the staff was able to fix it the next morning, and the cheese omelet and bacon were tasty. The only other downside was when we checked out, the elevator was out of order, but it wasn't a big deal as it had worked for the entirety of our stay until that point.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was great, with comfortable bed and furniture.

Room was nice and large but bathroom was small and unimpressive. In fact, the hotel has been remodeled and it was obvious that the room was a combining of two former rooms, but the bathroom had not been enlarged or remodeled. Breakfast was merely okay and food frequently ran out and there was quite a wait for it to be replaced. Understaffed in that area, so did not complain.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The suite was great. So many things, really impressed. I have to nitpick to find anything bad. It really was a great stay.

-We could hear the people upstairs a lot. I don't think they did anything unusual. We could just hear their plumbing, walking, etc. -The water pressure was lacking, like most hotels. -If we could recommend one thing, it would be to add a small table and chairs to the huge, empty space in the suite. Turning that area into a mini eating area, with the mini fridge and all moved, would be a huge bonus in that wasted space.

Friendly staff and clean and comfortable accommodations. Good variety of hot and cold choices for breakfast, with some "grab and go" options. We appreciated the modern updates, such as the USB charging ports on the nightstands and the valet drop zone with coat hooks and luggage area.

I don't know why I have to ask for ice water at hotels these days. I don't expect bottled water, just some cold water or a pitcher of ice water for breakfast. Is that too much? I'm also used to a softer mattress, but I was too tired to care.

The room was very spacious and liked that being a suite the sofa & chair were in a separate area with a tv. Liked that the area with the bed also had a tv. Nice little area with the microwave and refrigerator plus coffee maker separate from the other areas. The free breakfast was really good with many choices of foods and they hadn't even gotten back to the full service yet because of covid. The front desk staff was helpful with things in the area.

Our room wasn't ready in time for check in and we had stopped in 2 hours before so they knew that we would be there near the 3:00 check in. They put a rush on getting the room ready. It was almost 3:50 by the time our room was ready. The room was cleaned except that it wasn't vacuumed and had pretzel salt on the floor and sofa. There wasn't any extra toilet paper or tissues in the bathroom and both were low , luckily we aren't people that use a lot. They said that they were low on staff but they should have made sure the room was completely ready before we went to it.

the receptionist Asia is incredible. I have never met anyone at a hotel that cared as much as she did. always smiling, always saying hello, always making jokes and just being a great host. I can’t say enough about her. they should make her a manager!

we had some issues with room and air conditioner when we first arrived but the Manager quickly made it right and even upgraded us at no cost which was awesome

There was a small problem with our reservation and accommodations even though we had received a confirmation letter approving our request for connecting rooms. This was resolved immediately and satisfactorily by staff. Hot breakfast was lukewarm at best. During our 2nd stay, there were some issues with breakfast however staff did their best to accommodate all the diners.

The staff was friendly and accommodating , the room was comfortable updated and very clean, there was a good breakfast and coffee.. we didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked lovely.

I didn’t like that the property only had one elevator, unfortunately during our stay the elevator stopped working and we had to walk down the stairs for breakfast and back up after… I’ve had several knee surgeries so it was painful and a little frustrating for me. We didn’t check out and start our day after breakfast like we had planned because I wouldn’t have been able to carry all our luggage down the stairwell from the third floor.. but the elevator was repaired within a few hours and we were able to get our things down and check out and start our day, albeit a bit later than we planned.
