Very clean ,nice staff ,great pools great view from room ,right across from beach, great restaurant on site, bar right next to pool, free coffee, towels provided at pool and the entertainment couple of times

Laundry facilities needed to be on both sides of building, when I called ahead of time to ask about coffee pot in room I was told there was no regular coffee they were out just decaf that I should bring my own I did but I wasn’t told it was the pods and not a regular coffee pot and I wasn’t told about free coffee either ,staff didn’t tell us about coupon on parking pass for the restaurant on site and we ate there already before we noticed it,staff was very nice but didn’t know about any activities to do in Virginia Beach it was first time there for us, a guest told us about freebie rides, also I asked if I bring a single air matress would it fit in my room and the gentleman said no it wouldn’t fit but my room definitely would of fit the air mattress,

The suite was large, comfortable, smelled good and was clean. The pools were a great size and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the hostess was very friendly and welcoming; I wish it were open longer. Bar tender at the large pool was very pleasant and accommodating. Pools open 7am- 11pm. Location was convenient to a few good restaurants and We Scream Ice Cream! Beach was very clean, not over crowded since it is towards the end of the main hotels.

Hotel could use some updating. Elevator was slow. Hot-tub jets barely functional and one day they didn’t work at all. Breakfast buffet closes early, but it is delicious. Parking garage is two stories, no elevator. Spots are very narrow and you can’t go around aisles on top floor. I didn’t want to move my car because the spots were limited. The hotel says you get one spot, but when the Isle of Capri restaurant is open from 5-9 pm, the vallet parking uses the spots for dinner guests. If you are trying to find a spot at that time, you may have an issue. I was in the lobby and heard reception telling hotel guests to find street parking until it opens up. There are walkable restaurants in the area, but the boardwalk is not full of restaurants and stores.

Room was great. Clean. Has a microwave and refrigerator. Breakfast buffet was a bit pricey so we just brought our own breakfast to eat. Has a large outside pool, another smaller outside pool with 2 water slides and a small lazy river, and an inside lazy river with hot tub. No tubes are provided for the lazy river so bring your own. All very nice. Hotel has a movie theater and a kids room with games and even a pet turtle! Great easy access to the beachfront.

Elevators were small and a bit slow.

The location was perfect at the least crowded area of the beach. Plus the trolley stopped right in front of the hotel. And the 7/11 was right next door.

The condensation from the cooling unit dripped down onto the patio where were sitting and it would splash onto us…. The patio was always damp in the corner. The back door across from our room was always propped open by staff so anyone literally could have snuck into the building. There was also a lot of clicking noises at night from the electrical appliances… and the tub/ shower drain was slow… water pooled around our ankles when we showered.

Management staff, restaurant, location was awesome

There was a flood in our room which was cleaned up but the carpets were soaked despite the phenomenal response from the maintenance team. Our room was moved without any communication. The next day, housekeeping insisted we had checked out and treated us as if we were trespassing. It caused confusion and the day was ruined by needing to relocate in the afternoon in lieu of our day plans.. We were told we'd been credited 2 of the 4 nights for the flood and relocation communication errors and experience. When we checked out, we were told the folio would come from booking.com. Booking.com refers us to the hotel for a receipt. I left a message.for Bianca at the hotel and have not had a return communication. I remain with a 4 night paid in advance charge with no credit.

The place was nice the pools were great needed a little cleaning though. The room was clean the view from the balcony of tge ocean was great

They over booked the room and it took them a little while to clean another room and the girl at the front desk first charged the stay to my card when l told her l was paying cash but she then credited it back to me and the one person going around telling everyone you couldn't have coolers in the pool area didn't check everyone and missed people with there coolers hidden part way under towels and did not say anything

We have a room overlooking the beach with a small balcony to sit out on which was wonderful. It was also very convenient to just go downstairs and walk out on to the beach. The staff was very friendly and made the check in process a breeze. Having the parking garage across the street was awesome.

Except for the front desk area most common areas are not air conditioned, and the hallway outside our room had floor to ceiling windows making the hallway an oven. And this will depend on your situation but the hotel has 2 outdoor pools and 1 indoor pool (with lazy river) which makes it a prime choice for families, making the ratio of kids to adults 4:1. The hotel does have a restaurant on site but there is not much within a short walk for drinks or food.
